먼저 불만을 말씀드리자면, 당시 제 부주의로 인해 객실 예약을 위해 2명이 체크인할 때만 체크인을 작성했고 그 이후에는 추가요금 30유로가 추가된다는 다음날 통보가 없었습니다. 1박당 부과됩니다. 추가요금이 조금 불만족스러웠습니다. 전제는 괜찮습니다. 체크인할 때 전혀 이의가 없었다고 합니다. 다음날 말씀드리기가 귀찮았습니다. 둘째, 호텔 시설은 조금 낡았지만 결국 영업한지 몇년째인지라 게다가 레스토랑도 좋다는게 장점이다 마요르카는 사실 꽤 크다 호텔은 다음과 같은 명소에서 차로 1시간 거리에 있다 좌우로 보면 어메니티도 모두 불가리 제품이지만, 비수기의 객실 가격이 1박당 1,500원 수준인 점을 생각하면 가성비가 좋다고는 할 수 없습니다.

호텔 위치는 좋으며 구시 가지에서 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리입니다. 그러나 시내는 아닙니다. 객실은 키가 크며 (독일과 네덜란드에 비해) 침대의 너비는 1.5 미터이며 TV의 TV에는 스페인 책상이 있습니다. 욕실은 특히 큽니다. 유일한 나쁜 점은 길가에있는 방이었고, 창문 밖의 차는 이른 아침에 더 크게 들렸다. 아래층은 건물 외부의 중식당으로 절강 숙모가 문을 열었습니다. 오후 1시에 일하러 가십시오. 호텔 서비스도 좋습니다.

Great hotel, perfect location for Santa Catalina district and old town. Clean, great service, nice pool area with roof top bar and nice spa area with small but usable gym. Had breakfast one day, good selection and fresh options, would definitely use this one again

Comfortable modern apartment-hotel for the semi-independent/independent traveler. We stayed at the Fil Best room type and it had the amenities we needed for a five night stay including a small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking supplies. Conveniently, the famous Mercat d’Oliver is an 8 minute walk away where we purchased local food items. There is also a typical supermarket just across the street. The hotel is staffed from 9am-9pm and an emergency contact is provided after hours. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they are roomier and better priced than your typical hotel. The location is ideal—the immediate neighborhood is quiet but the main shopping street is just a few blocks away. Overall, I highly recommend Fil Suites for the spaciousness of the rooms, cooking amenities, price point, and location.

-아침 요리사는 환상적이고 매우 개인화 된 서비스였습니다.  -좋은 아침 식사 선택과 돈을 위해 훌륭한 가치  -집 앞 / 접수는 놀라웠고 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다.  -방은 아름답고 (발코니가있는 도시 방) 전망이 훌륭했습니다.  -밤에는 걷기에 안전한 곳  -중앙 위치-관광 명소 또는 도보 택시  -귀중품 보관함이있는 수하물 보관소 개량:  -스파에서 작동하지 않는 온수 이완 침대  -실내 '수영장'및 자쿠지 온도가 너무 낮습니다. 불행히도 미지근한  -한 명의 사용자 (남성)가 한 번에 완전히 벗겨져 수영장에 들어갔습니다.  -더블 침대는 두 개의 싱글 침대로 함께 밀려 커플을 껴안는 데 성 가실 수 있습니다.

Lovely boutique hotel with first class staff who were helpful and friendly. Reception staff organised at short notice a fabulous boat trip. So delighted housekeeping staff found my earrings which I accidentally left in bathroom area. Highly recommend location and overall high standard of guest experience.

Mallorca was by far our favorite of the five cities we visited throughout Spain, and that was due in large part to the service provided by the hotel's amazing concierge, Sergio.  His warm and friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, thoughtful food and sight-seeing recommendations and generous hospitality made our stay truly outstanding.  The spa ammenities were also pretty awesome, too.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.

Beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool area well looked after by the staff, with amazing views over the marina. Efficient friendly staff everywhere and comfortable rooms are cleaned to perfection daily. Complimentary water left in your room every day. Although a good (but beautiful) walk into the town, around 25 minutes, would choose to stay here again all round and get taxis here and there (around 7 euro). Some lovely restaurants overlooking the marina at the front of the hotel, and a great bar Kenzo just outside, and a few also at the back of the hotel, special mention to Joe’s bistro whose food is the best! A perfect stay in Palma! ❤️

Beautiful modern hotel above a convent! On a quiet street! Fabulous staff and a Michilan Star restaurant in the hotel! You never have to leave the hotel! A super comfy King size bed! Beautiful Bathful with excellent water pressure! What more could you want!!
