Great location for the price! Right on the other side of the walls around the tower. They even had a list of suggestions of where to eat, super helpful.

Bed bugs in our beds, had to leave in the middle of the night with no help finding somewhere else to stay. Staff left before we found anywhere, and as 3 young female travellers we felt very venerable. Huge lack of consideration from staff. We were told the beds had not been disinfected. Don’t waste your time. Yet to receive a refund!!!

Wow what customer service!! I didn’t stay however, my daughter did and loved her stay! I want to praise Christian and the team after they made my daughters birthday so special! After a simple email to hostel Pisa to ask if they could get a bottle of wine for my daughter, who would be alone in her special day, Christian went out if his way to help make it perfect! They got fizz, a card and cake for her return and went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful!! The customer service alone is reason to stay, knowing your solo travellers are safe and cared for is so important and they genuinely care!! Thank you to a wonderful team!!!!

It is a great location, just 3 minutes walk to Pisa Tower. Helpful staff and clean , more like a hotel. Very flexible , we left our bags to collect later. Nice hot water, big rooms There is a kitchen they offer free coffee and you can have a breakfast. More like a home
