1st time staying here and really enjoyed it. For the last 12yrs we've spent our summer holiday up the road at the marola portasin ( whala ) All the staff here are friendly and helpful and the food and drinks from the poolbar are well presented and a good price. We booked a superior room which included breakfast. The room was great and having air con was a game changer for this time of year. The rooms are kept clean by the great cleaning staff,as is the whole complex. We stayed for 20 nights and found breakfast fine. The sunbeds are comfy and a nice pool area. The location is perfect for the beach,bars and restaurants. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and we will be booking again Thank you

Peaceful January escape. Friendly, helpful staff (as always). Breakfast plentiful, catering for all. Fabulous location with ample bars, restaurants and shops close by. Great walks to other resorts. Be very aware of scallies picking pockets all resorts. Tip: 7 nights is not long enough 😎

Hotel was spotless, comfy beds, spacious apartment cleaned daily. We had breakfast and breakfast. Breakfast was good, plenty choice. I'd advise to stay in superior apartments which were in newer part of hotel. Nicer sunbeds, heated pool. We chose for location to playa las americas and los christianos. It was ideal, lovely stroll into los christianos 15 mins passing bars, restaurants beaches. 2 min walk to " golden mile" a ***** of good music bars 1 min walk from hotel to finish evening

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful ,as are the dining room staff and also the girls who look after the bedrooms. Everything is kept very clean. Pool area is spacious and sun beds very comfortable at main pool although my cousin and I are unable to use the main pool as we are both elderly and find it difficult to climb down and up the ladder. At the smaller pool we are able to walk down into it but sun beds are very uncomfortable, they would need a cushioned top on them. We have been going to the Andorra Hotel for a good number of years and have booked again for 2026. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
