For a traveller with Darshan of lord Jagannath as prime objective this place ranks a full 5. A very good proximity to the temple it is very convenient for frequent visits to the temple. Rooms are good but house keeping is lousy. Room service trays are seen lying in the passage for days. The towels and linen-need to be replaced. Quality of the toiletries need to be improved. The food is really good. The staff at the reception is very polite and Mr Subroto will go out of the way to assist you with directions.

We chose Pramod to be our hosts for our dream wedding and they proved our decision to be the right one - the food, the hospitality and the overall experience was impeccable. The Hotel was impeccably clean and well appointed. service, cleanliness and behaviour of staff is all very good. Everyone was very helpful. the pool is neat and clean. beach is easily accessible. However, the only negative is the food. the food is extremely costly and the taste is not good. compared to price, food is not tasty at all. the pricing is absurd and with a motive of profiteering. One Roti/chapati costs 75/- rupees whereas it is not worth 5/- rupees. similarly rice is 325/-. Even in 5 stars rice is not 325/-. Otherwise everything was good.
