One of the best hotel in puri on sea beach in affordable price.The best part of the hotel is food.Great service by Staff and awsum view from Terrace and Balcony.Very good choice for families with kids

Our recent stay in this hotel was terrible experience , all the point I am mentioning here . 1. The hotel check in timing is very odd not as per the train arrival timing i.e we had to pay extra amount to get the room though the room was vacant at the time . 2. This hotel have no maintenance at all . 3. Bathroom doors can not be locked easily. 4.Balcony sliding doors are broken . 5.A.C of the rooms are not in working condition ( Worst One fitted) 6.Bed sheet etc. is dirty only and without any room service . 7. The restaurant of the hotel is always tries to charge extra amount with falls billing amount which is caught by us but they did not rectify the bill they said as once the bill is prepared it has to be paid fully though the mistake has been accepted by the counter person. 8. The hotel service is very poor as per the rate they charge. 9.Because of their timing issue again at time of check out they charge extra amount. 10. Can be concluded that , if you are ready to pay extra additional unjustified money without any satisfaction you can definitely opt for this hotel.

It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here.

Overall, experience was good in the staying let's discuss the pros & and cons of the stay pros 1. Suitated near prime property. 2. Easy access to beach. 3. Room service was good. 4. The staff is friendly & has good behavior. Cons 1. Facilities said should be improved. 2. Response time to the service required. 3. Breakfast should have more options, unlike only a few traditional ones. At last but not the least, there is always scope of improvement as provided.

Shower was not working. The shower door could not be locked. The room service never cleaned the bathroom in our stay of 4 days. When ever asked for bathroom cleaning they will say that someone else will come to clean the bathroom. Asked for an extra pillow the first day twice but got it the next day evening when i asked for it thrice. The tv cable was not recharged for the first 2 days. I have given this hotel average rating but no one should visit this hotel.

Think before book. Not user friendly at all. only pros. --------------- 1 ) near to Jagannath dev mandir and you can visit anytime very easily . Rest all are cons. ---------------- 1). After reaching Puri station, autowala told he will drop near to Hotel. But it appears, due to no entry zone, it drops 100mtrs ahead of hotel, which i have take another rickshaw and hope you understand the situation with 75 yrs old mom. 2). Hotel rooms are not clean at all and toilets are of 19th century old with spots everywhere. Ironically ac pipes draining in the toilet mid itself. 3) water bottle provided without any label, so not sure which quality it is ? 4) No black tea , when ordered milk tea from reception, it brings tea from roadside stall with a plastic packet. 5) each time you need to go to sea beach, you need to pay @200 per trip (to and from). 6) check out time is bit odd across puri which is 7/8 am but here waiters came room start knocking 7.50 onwards, horrible. Nevertheless, when staying in the waiting area, it says it will charge Rs@50 per hours, which is fine if you can bear as they come and switch off one fan sometime. 7 ) no hot water. 8) food at the hotel restaurant is fine but can get lunch with rice after 11.30 am. Waiter and manager need some basic training. 9) Manager RANJIT KUMAR DAS behavior is very rude and think he owns a place. Other manager is good and cooperative.
