Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is a bit far from the city and major attractions, but if you're planning to spend most of your time at the hotel, it's ideal. The food was quite good by Egyptian standards, with two restaurants to choose from. The "A La Carte" option was delicious, and you can visit it without a reservation during the day. The pools were heated, which was a big plus, and there were always plenty of loungers available since there weren't many guests. As for activities, we had a great time playing volleyball, water polo, bocce, and even beer pong – lots of fun options! For kids, though, the hotel could improve a bit. There weren’t many dedicated activities for children. Our daughter spent most of her time in the heated pool, which she absolutely loved, but it would be nice to have more entertainment options for little ones. The hotel staff, however, was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests or questions, always acting swiftly and with a smile. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great service, this hotel is a solid choice.
