A friend and I enjoyed a fabulous stay here on a walking holiday in the Wye Valley. This is a beautiful old house, but with modern plumbing, showers and heating. Guy and Sheila are the most considerate hosts and the cooked breakfasts and teas with home-made cakes are to die for. A magnificent place to stay.

Photos and the written word can only go so far as neither can really convey how special Lower Wythall really is thanks to Guy and Sheila. They have created the most tranquil home, a prefect place to rest and relax. The beds were fabulous, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved the homemade bread and jam, coffee with warm milk, and their attentiveness to our food allergies. It was a joy to meet them both, and learn about their amazing home.

A lovely period character property, very comfortable and exceptionally well appointed in a quiet location surrounded by woodland and open countryside. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished, Spotlessly clean and with quality bedding. The residents lounge and dining room were comfortable and welcoming, The hosts, Sheila and Guy were friendly and attentive making sure our stay was perfect. The breakfasts were exceptional with quality local produce and freshly prepared. We recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a special and restful break, within easy reach of many local places of interest and pub/restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lower Wythall. Guy & Sheila were the perfect hosts and made us feel most welcome ,nothing was too much trouble. Sheila a fantastic baker her brownies, flapjacks, and lemon drizzle cake were delicious, Breakfast was superb. Everywhere was spotlessly clean in this old historic building so peaceful and quiet which made it very relaxing. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a perfect stay Sue & Brian
