My jewellery was stolen whilst I was out. No safe provided by hotel. Door was still locked by a physical key when I returned late that evening. Specific jewels only were selected from each. Bags were resealed and replaced neatly. I only noticed the next morning as one item was a gift for my daughter’s birthday that day. I checked all my luggage and noticed that other items were also missing so I now realised this was a theft. Reported it to the manager. I was visibly distraught. She immediately accused me of lying and refused to call the police or record the incident. I was taken aback by this outburst and inappropriate reaction to a very disturbing event. I travel extensively and I’ve never had one item go missing. There are so many lovely hotels in St Maxime - stay there instead. I’m still shocked and saddened by the course of events.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. I do have to admit, the location of this hotel is great, but everything else from cleanliness to staff is horrible. I was appalled with the service we received from Sofi, the manager. The food was terrible, and we had no electricity or air conditioning during our stay until the morning of check out. Don't waste your time booking a night here unless you want to get mistreated by the staff, and yelled at. What a shame.

Personnel très accueillant. Très jolie décoration, la salle à manger avec une cheminée est magnifique. Insonorisation parfaite. Très jolie vue sur la mer et le port, depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner très varié et au top. Hôtel propre. Je recommande 🙂👍

Hotel ligt erg centraal in het centrum. De kamers en badkamers zijn denk ik een paar jaar geleden opnieuw ingericht. Hierbij zijn de gangen en muren overgeslagen. De kamer die wij hadden was erg klein. Het hotel beschikt over een leuk terras/restaurant. De prijs is prima, maar heb dan ook niet al te hoge verwachtingen. Prima voor als je op doorreis bent voor een of twee nachten.
