This should be a two star maximum hotel, three is way too generous. We had either a leaky fridge or pipe under the carpet. There was a big wet spot on the floor in front of the fridge. The rooms are in rough shape, needing a new coat of paint and bathroom desperately needs new fixtures. I hate the zoom style check in. Feels cold and distant, not welcoming at all. The location is amazing for proximity to valley fair/Santa Row. We walked the .5-.75 at midnight and never felt unsafe. The lounge areas were nice with lots of seating. This hotel was slightly creepy. Only one side of the hall had rooms. The other side was all marked “private”, what’s in there? There were weird holes in the walls in the room and wires coming out in other places. If you’re not going to be in your room much it’s fine, but it didn’t live up to expectations.

훌륭한 숙박. 방은 깨끗하고 현대적이며 깔끔했습니다. 위치는 고속도로 바로 옆의 안전한 지역에 있습니다. 산타나 로우/밸리 박람회와 매우 가까우며 도보로 5~10분 거리입니다. 내가 그 지역에 있다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.
