Nice rooms, good breakfast, free parking, modern and clever designed beds (to move apart if necessary) - the TV could be either a smart TV or more english channels if you want to attract tourists from overseas

The staff were exceptionally rude, the worst service I have ever experienced. I witnessed staff being exceptionally rude to children one day and on the next day they proceeded to shout at my daughter. Advice is to avoid this establishment. I also made this complaint directly to the manager.

Hotel in Sankt Johan in Tirol. Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet with big variety. Free sauna and fitness room on the fourth floor. Big bonus the free train pass to Tirol. I will go again for sure

The hotel team were very welcoming and made our short stay a very pleasant one! The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs. The view of the mountains from our room were lovely, enhanced by the peace and quiet of the area. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the continental breakfast which always freshly set out. Our evening meal was different every night and very tasty. All six of us really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Hot water was always available for a refreshing shower and the beds were a welcome sight after a long day skiing and walking! We had to leave early on our last day before breakfast was open, the hotel made us all fresh rolls, fruit, biscuits and a drink the night before. They also made sure hot drinks were available before we left that morning. Thank you for making our trip to Austria and Christmas a special one!!
