After reading some of the reviews, I was quite nervous about my stay here. However, I was pleasantly surprised! My apartment was really nice. Very clean and done the job for a weeks holiday. The food was a hit or a miss. I was all-inclusive. Had breakfast most days. Never had lunch, but you could get snacks. Dinner was OK, but the food was often cold and not the best selection at times. There was entertainment every night, which was quite good, always quite busy. Beware if you have limited mobility as the complex is huge with lots of ramps and stairs. They do have ground floor rooms. I was in apartment 109, which was close to the restaurant and the cave bar. But quite a walk to reception. The complex is in a good location for the beach and the town. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

The hotel is immaculate spotlessly clean.Its a haven of tranquility if you’re looking to completely relax this is the place.The food and service in the restaurants and bar are five star. This is our second winter break in the Punta del ray and we will be returning again next November. We had such a good holiday last year when we were there for a week that we booked 2 weeks this year. It did not disappoint. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much for them. The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard from the rooms to the pool area. The staff work very hard and deserve credit for the work they do. The food is good and varied even after 2 weeks, normally after a week I would normally be bored. The only issue is that it could be hotter. The mixers and soft drinks aren’t very good but I buy my own from the supermarket as I prefer branded drinks and they are cheap to buy from the supermarket. We love the solarium and sit there most days. It’s very quiet and relaxing. We don’t go to the show bar as we prefer to sit outside but there is a show on every night and the guests seem to really enjoy them. Most of the guests return year after year and I can see why. If you are looking for a relaxing winter getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the lively resorts this is a great place to go. You have a lovely walk along the prom where there are some nice shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to return again next year Thank you Punta del ray for another fantastic holiday, look forward to seeing you all again next November 😘

Really lovely hotel. Perfectly sited on the town square (which means parking is difficult, so park on the(free )old football pitch 2 blocks away, on the sea front- bags of space). Charming, helpful staff-Nuria and Aleksandra were great for restaurant recommendations and other tips. They put you on the hotel WhatsApp when you arrive. Gabriella ran the breakfast buffet-really excellent, lots of choice. I would recommend upgrading to a Junior Suite. Hotel Restaurant (Silogia) is the best for miles around so book when you arrive (people constantly being turned away when we were there

Une bonne nuit dans ce petit hôtel, situé à Vilaflor, petite ville très mignonne dans laquelle il faut se promener et se perdre dans ses petites ruelles. Tantôt au dessus tantôt au dessous de la mer de nuages. L’hôtel est harmonieux et divisé en 3 secteurs. Les parties communes sont très jolies. Il y a aussi une zone solarium et des appareils de sport en extérieur. La salle de restaurant annoncé ne fait que le petit déjeuner qui s’achève malheureusement à 9h30, ce qui est, à mon sens, un peu tôt. Le choix est assez restreint, et même si l’on croise une personne très polie, il n’y a rien de plus à attendre. À noter que quelques fruits sont produits par la Finca (poire, pommes) Les chambres vu océan sont orientées vers la mer mais pour atteindre sa terrasse, on longe toutes les autres, ce qui peut gêner un petit peu l’intimité. J’étais tout au bout cela m’a moins dérangé. Les chambres sont modernes et design, la mienne disposait d’un grand lit très confortable. Quoi que poser sur deux sommiers distincts, ce qui crée un léger creux au milieu. Bon équipement (bouilloire, frigo, grande télé…). La salle de bain est dans la même veine, avec une jolie décoration blanche et noire. Malheureusement, lors de mon séjour, l’eau était froide le soir et à peine tiède le matin. L’accueil est correct et il y a quelqu’un toute la journée. Il est possible. Une jolie adresse.
