Mooie hotel groot en service is goed..!!!

We had a really Nice relaxing holiday at this hotel in sept .staff were very friendly and helpful, food wa amazing & the presentation was excellent, something for everyone .entertainment on nearly every Night was also very good by animation team. Free shuttle bus to Santa Maria town, be careful Of people Trying to befriend you as they tell you their your waiter etc as they know your hotel Name by the colour of your wrist band , don’t be fooled their trying to get you to buy from Them .otherwise really lovely place to visit , we thoroughly enjoyed everything except the many many mosquitos !

What can I actually say about this place - we are here now - The food is horrendous absolutely nothing edible, can’t get near buffet anyway it’s like a bad football match - and all a la carte restaurants booked out they said. We managed to try Ranchos on first night - disgusting is all I can say - pools ok, facilities ok, shops over priced. I have tried to get sun lounger towels for past few days they never have any left so had to buy over priced little bath towels in shop. Because food is soooo bad we decided to book the level package as an extra as they said we would have priority booking for a la carte which was rubbish as we couldn’t - we went to the a la carte level restaurant for breakfast and were refused entry as we have our 8 year old granddaughter with us - we were not told we couldn’t take her in there for breakfast when they took €540 extra for this package so we had to go into town for breakfast as nowhere else to eat then - the Tui rep Courtney has been great she gave us our out of pocket expenses for breakfast and also helped us get a full refund for the level package but the hotel made us wait 3 days and 5-6 trips to reception to get it back!!!!!! Staying in 3 bed villa very shabby furniture, showers keep overflowing, phone doesn’t work, WiFi awful, towels stained, bedding not changed for 4 days up to now and we have 3 to go, staff not even interested in assisting so no point in complaining - I will be asking for a refund for most of this holiday which cost £8k when I return home as this is my last family holiday before moving abroad next year and I wanted to spend our last Christmas somewhere nice. To be honest it’s the worst hotel I’ve been to in my life and I have heard a lot of other guests say that here -we saved hard for this and I am absolutely appalled at the service, most of reception staff, food - never seen the pool or surrounding area being cleaned or hosed down I am full of cold sores which I never get obviously because of dirty glasses - pool areas not clean and tiles missing very dangerous for both adults and children - way too much more to write - avoid this place please

Very nice hotel for less demanding clients. Very good value for monay. Nice rooms. Clean large pool. Friendly service and good drinks in the main bar. Moreover if you upgrade to VIP ( 50 euro p.p day) you can use all the facilities in 5 resorts. I recommend go to The Level zone in Meliá Llyana, Beach Club, Marley Bar and go for a dinner with a tasting menu in the Japanese restaurant Nami. Breakfast and service is the best ( and with the most beautiful view) in the Pura Vida ( Llyana) Also the bufet in Meliá Llyana is ok. Be sure to use included in the VIP package, the massage in the SPA. The massage rooms in the Meliá Dunas SPA are nice and air-conditioned and the massage itself is very pleasant.
