Pros the Hotel is right in the centre of Seefeld set in the main square with free car park at the back . There is a wonderful indoor pool which on several days we had to ourselves Breakfast was good although some days the wait for fresh cooked eggs was far too long We really wish we had just stayed bed and breakfast Cons - WiFi non existent in our room which we found very frustrating as no mobile signal either Mini bar in room had 2 free bottles of water but needed a bottle opener to open we asked at reception to be told ask a member of staff ! Half board started off okay for the 1st four nights but went rapidly downhill. Started off with over 6 staff in the dining room which went down to 2 after 4 days who were running around like headless chickens . 4 out of 10 nights it was veal so 2 nights we tried the veggie option and the other nights we gave up and went out for the best meals of our holiday . On check in we were told that rooms would only be cleaned every 2 days but after 5’days they turned up every day . The hotel bar staff were not friendly one night at 8-30 I asked for a coffee to be told cafe closed . Another night at 9-30 I saw they were serving cappuccinos so asked to order one only again to be told the cafe was closed while he was still serving other people them. The location was perfect the hotel and pool spotlessly clean but the service for a supposedly 4 star hotel was lacking
