This hotel is wonderful. I stayed between May 6 - 13, 2023, in room 410. All without reproach. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable room, with minibar, TV, A/C, and many sockets for charging phones, large bathroom and all the plumbing works perfectly. Maybe we should have more hangers for clothes, installed in the bathroom and in the room The breakfast was fantastic, daily very fresh and very diverse.....for all tastes. The position of the hotel is very good. Opposite is the bus station (including the EA bus that connects directly to the airport) Vis-a-vis is the biggest bus station for day trips to other big cities in Spain. Also opposite there is a large supermarket ,,Mercadona,, The historic center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, but you can also take the 2-stop bus. Tickets can also be bought from the driver, having the right cash. We were impressed by this hotel......but also by this great, wonderful city.

Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

1000/10 hostel. My friend and I stayed in one of the 8-person rooms and the beds were so so cozy, air conditioning was great, acoustics of the room let you sleep even when other people were noisy, and bathrooms were clean and very nice!! Best part is the location though!! Genuinely cannot be closer to the cathedral and alcazar. 100% would recommend!!!

The hotels suggested parking is 400 meters from the hotel. It is very crowded with small spaces (this is normal for Spain). Once I pulled up to the entry gate, the 'full' sign came on. As there were cars in line behind me, we had to wait for someone to exit (10 min) before allowed entry. The hotel is old and small (no unlike most in downtown areas). The staff are unhelpful. Asked if there was a recommendation for lunch and was told every restaurant is excellent! No help. Asked where we could get laundry done and were told the only option was from the hotel at an unknown price, but probably about 50-60 Euros or go do it yourself at a laundry mat. We found a place next to the car park and had it washed, dries and folded for 15 Euros. The beds were exceedingly hard. No smart TV and a 1 meter bathtub. I only give the place a 6.

A great ”Quirky ” hotel in a very central location. Set amonst little back streets with lacal tapas bars and quiet squares a few hundred metres away. Large rooms with air con which was needed in early July and the beds were large and comfy. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. We loved eating outside on the rooftop and also liked the suntrap option for an afternoon siesta. Staff were polite and friendly and always happy to help. If(When) we return i will look to come back here.

호텔은 모든 레스토랑/바에서 1분 거리인 트리아나 지구에 있습니다. 바로 옆에는 슈퍼마켓과 카페가 있어 아침 식사에 이상적입니다. 호텔은 최근에 완전히 개조되었으므로 개조 전에 시설에 대한 나쁜 의견이 작성 된 것 같습니다. 객실은 작지만 깨끗하고 현대적이며 편안합니다. 숙면을 취하는 데 필요한 모든 것이 있으며 작은 발코니(104호실)가 있습니다. 샤워 시설은 작지만 수력이 매우 좋습니다. 침실에도 에어컨이 있습니다. 창의 블라인드는 자동이며 하루를 아주 잘 숨깁니다. 밤에 약간의 거리 소음이 있었지만 우리를 괴롭히지 않았습니다.호텔에는 테이블과 의자가있는 멋진 옥상 테라스가 있습니다. 공항이나 산타 후스타(Santa Justa) 역에서 오실 때 플라카 아르마스(Placa Armas) 방향으로 플라카 아르마스(Placa Armas) 종점까지 가려면 EA 버스를 타는 것보다 더 쉬운 일은 없습니다. 버스 요금은 4유로이며 버스 정류장은 호텔에서 도보로 13분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 자체는 깔끔한 장식으로 매우 인스타그래머블합니다. 나는이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다

Like other reviewers I chose this small independent hotel based on travel writer Rick Steves' recommendation. Great location on a small alley in the Santa Cruz district and close to restaurants, cathedral, Alcazar, shopping area north of the cathedral, and the riverfront. Friendly and helpful first class service by the front desk staff. Very good and convenient cold breakfast buffet (extra charge), free espresso and cappuccino in the lobby 24/7. Room is small but clean, comfortable, and quiet, and a good deal at 112 Euros per night for a double. Exhilarating and authentic flamenco in the building several times nightly.

Cogimos este hotel con piscina sabiendo el calor que iba a hacer en Sevilla. El día antes de nuestra llegada enviamos un email preguntando el horario. Al llegar al establecimiento nos comentan que el horario era otro y ya estaba cerrada la piscina.. Destacaría también que está prácticamente pegada a una discoteca y hubo mucho jaleo hasta altas horas de la madrugada. La gente estaba justo delante de nuestra ventana ya que está prácticamente a pie de calle, fumando, bebiendo y a gritos... Para colmo la ventana poco aislaba el ruido y la persiana estaba rota, no bajaba más de la mitad.

I believe the Hotel is good for different travelers. But you should definitely book it As earlier as possible since it could be expensive. My booked price is 113 euros.🙃
