We thought this hotel felt quite nice and fancy. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Some other reviews complained that it was dated. Our room and hallway must have been recently renovated. Hotel seemed like it was in very good shape. Few restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. I didn't see any indication that there was a pool (though there is a gym next door) or an on-site restaurant or bar.

This hotel was the nicest, most chic hotel I've ever stayed in! I would come back just to stay in the hotel. All ibis Styles have a unique look and feel to them, and this one was perfect. Very stylish but in an accessible and comfortable way, I loved the mural by the lifts and all the cute scallop details. My friend and I stayed in a twin room with 2 single beds which was fairly compact but well presented. Our room faced the main road so we could hear a little traffic noise throughout the night but nothing too bad. Walk in shower was huge, although we did have the smell of sewage come up on occasion. Our stay had breakfast included, which we wouldn't have booked if there was an option without, but the buffet options were very varied (suitable vegetarian options) and it set us up well for each day of exploring the city. The rooftop pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine to use, if a little on the colder side as not heated. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go around, with a really large covered seating area adjacent to the pool and next to the bar as well. There is a courtyard on the ground floor too that was really pretty to sit in. My friend and I had 4 days in Seville which was the perfect length of time to explore. The hotel is a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but a 20min walk will take you right into the thick of it. On our last day we hired docking bikes which was such a good idea - Seville felt very safe to cycle in as there are dedicated cycle lanes and also a good way to explore the Maria Luisa park and ride along the river. There is a docking station right opposite the hotel. We took the bus to and from the airport which was very convenient, the buses ran quite frequently and it cost €4 each way so relatively cheap too. Overall, the hotel was really great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seville city break!

세비야 여행중 마요르카와 경기가 있어 경기장 근처 숙소 찾던중 발견했습니다! 시내와 거리가 조금 있어 관광하기에 위치가 조금 아쉬울수있지만 옆에 쇼핑몰에 있을꺼 다있고 까르푸도 있어 쇼핑하기 완전 편했습니다! 바르셀로나로 돌아가야해서 기차역이랑 가까운거도 장점입니다! 조식도 맛있고 직원분들도 다 친절하세요^^

아내와 저, 그리고 친구는 휴일기지로 아바에서 4박을 했습니다. 상자 전부를 꼬박꼬박 습니다. 위치는 식당, 상점, 그리고 마을 최고의 관광지가 많아 편리합니다. 호텔에서 50m 떨어진 택시 순위가 있지만 도보로 모든 관광 및 식사를 할 수있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 모두 좋은 영어를 구사하여 예약 투어를 훨씬 쉽게했습니다. 아침 뷔페는 광범위하고 잘 제시되었습니다. 아마도 호텔의 하이라이트는 멋진 옥상 바 일 것입니다. 우리는 저녁 식사 후 매일 저녁 나이트 캡, 디저트 및 도시를 바라 보는 놀라운 전망을 위해 올라갔습니다. 그리고 바 직원은 정말로 친절했습니다. 돌아 가기를 망설이지 않을 것입니다. 고급 호텔은 아니지만 관광이나 출장을 위한 중급호텔로 진지하게 잘 되어 있습니다.

This hotel is wonderful. I stayed between May 6 - 13, 2023, in room 410. All without reproach. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable room, with minibar, TV, A/C, and many sockets for charging phones, large bathroom and all the plumbing works perfectly. Maybe we should have more hangers for clothes, installed in the bathroom and in the room The breakfast was fantastic, daily very fresh and very diverse.....for all tastes. The position of the hotel is very good. Opposite is the bus station (including the EA bus that connects directly to the airport) Vis-a-vis is the biggest bus station for day trips to other big cities in Spain. Also opposite there is a large supermarket ,,Mercadona,, The historic center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, but you can also take the 2-stop bus. Tickets can also be bought from the driver, having the right cash. We were impressed by this hotel......but also by this great, wonderful city.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Plaza de Espana and Maria Luisa Park. It is my first time checking in to an NH Collection hotel and also first in Sevilla. Their frontdesk is not that attentive nor customer-centric. They are traditional in a way that they thought customers are not a priority. Even during the breakfast, the staff are not attentive in offering guests coffee or omelets. They should be more trained in being more attentive and customer-oriented. The location is good though as it is near groceries, restaurants, parks, etc.

Fantastic hotel in a good location just 10 minutes walk from the main train station, around 30 mins from the airport on the bus and a 15 minute walk away from the cathedral. The room was clean, spacious and modern with the shower in particular being fantastic. The pool area is great with some nice views of the city. All the staff we came across were great and as we both arrived early and left late they kept our bags secure so we could explore the wonderful city of Seville. Great place to base yourself and enjoy on of the best cities we have been too!

방은 크고 위치는 좋은데 서비스는 칭찬할 수 없습니다. 체크인할 때 프런트가 다른 사람들과 계속 이야기를 나누고 체크인 후에는 방에 에어컨이 없는 것을 발견했습니다. 너무 추워서 룸서비스를 요청했더니 선풍기를 보내주셨는데, 선풍기가 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 못 잘 것 같아서 이렇게 이틀 묵다보니 이불 두 장을 달라고 하더군요. 4성급 호텔의 돈을 들여 에어컨도 없는 호텔에 묵는 것은 잘못인 것 같아 다시 루피 카지노에 문의했지만, 에어컨이 하루 수리됐다는 답변만 들었습니다. 그런데 집에 에어컨을 켜는 걸 도와주는 사람이 아무도 없어서 밤새 얼어붙어서 화가 났어요. 여행 내내 씨트립이 우리를 대신해 호텔과 소통했고, 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 에어컨이 없는 이틀 밤도 보상해 주었습니다. 씨트립의 서비스에 만족했습니다.

수영장은 내가 혼란스러워하는 식당에 있었음에도 불구하고 시설은 매우 좋았습니다. 말할 것도없이, 피트니스 시설을 이용하기에는 너무 부끄러 웠습니다. 저의 유일한 불만은 소음이었습니다. 소리가이 건물들을 통과하는 재발의 문제인 것 같습니다 ... 나는 내 방에서와 같이 이웃의 대화를들을 수있었습니다.

We were not staying at the hotel , but having met some rather rude waiters in the “we are so busy we don’t care” area around the palace we spotted the roof top terrace advert. Great view and the beers were cold and tasty. Marta in the rooftop bar was friendly and efficient - so hospitable, professional and full of interesting conversation. A Star! On reception I needed help with purchasing some tickets on line Helena was amazing - polite, professional and just brilliant in every way. She navigated the Spanish website for me and the tickets were sorted. Again a Star! If these two wonderful people are a reflection of the hotel then - wow! Big thank you to both ;)
