Very helpful staff for flight bookings and local advice. Great view from the beach-side bar. Egyptian style spa was worth a try. The huge pool on the inland side weirdly lacks any deep area at all, seems designed only for kids.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 wonderful nights in this lovely hotel. From start to finish absolutely every member of staff went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure we were looked after. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, treated to a special steak dinner, given fruit treats and always greeted with a smile. I would like to extend special thanks to the restaurant manager and the chef for your kindness. The hotel is spotlessly lean throughout. There’s daily housekeeping, a great swim up bar and it’s just a short walk to the bars/shops. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to the beach and also offers transportation for nights out. Do not heat to book this gem of a hotel.

방: 방은 바다가 보이는 방입니다. 매우 아름답습니다. 일출을 볼 수 있습니다. 이것이 내가 여기에 살기로 선택한 이유입니다. 환경: 여기에는 비즈니스가 없습니다. 세 끼 식사를 주문하지 않으면 식당에 가서 셀프 서비스를 지불 할 수 있습니다. 여행 : 여행이 필요한 경우 렌탈 또는 호텔 버스 예약을 할 수 있지만 가격은 매우 비싸고 샤름 셰이크 전체에 Uber가 없으며 여행 비용이 매우 비쌉니다. 해변 : 여기에는 해변에 사람이 적고, 산호는 다이빙 상점이있는 산호 그룹만큼 아름답 지 않습니다. 우리는 다이빙 상점에 가서 경험했습니다. 많은 사람들이 있고 매우 활기차고 외부 레스토랑은 매우 편리합니다. 가격도 저렴합니다. 위생: 웨이터는 다음날 우리를 위해 목욕 수건을 만들어 주었습니다. 나는 그것을 아주 좋아했다. 하지만 이불 아래에 이불이 있어서 불편해요 더 까다롭네요 게다가 이불 한가운데에 이불커트가 아닌 작은 담요가 있는데 두 개의 이불이 끼어 있고 중간에 잠이 들면 이불이 혀요. 코어가 도망쳐서 비어있고 춥게 잤습니다. 위생이 잘 되어 있습니다.

Arrived late Sunday evening with fellow travelling passengers. Bags left outside and told they’d be taken to your rooms when we knew our number which we went back and tagged the bags with The hotel had left the restaurant open to get abit of food (not much selection but did a job) and went to the bar to get a drink (closed midnight for AI but further drinks could be purchased) After going to our room - bags not there, ended up having to go back to reception (40mins after getting to the hotel) to get the bags and bring them to the room ourself! Room clean, bathroom small but we are here for a week so could make do. We had a superior room with terrace straight onto the floor above the pool. Bed was large and comfortable. Aircon beautiful and on all the time - no need for the room key to be in a slot etc! Morning 1 - weather bang on - decided to stay by the pool and see what the hotel had to offer. Fair today it didn’t really offer much which is why this is a 3*/average rating. I don’t think the hotel quite offers the 4* it is given - but definitely offers 3* provision but this is Egypt after all. Breakfast offered a continental and cooked breakfast options - fresh egg station well attended every morning by guests. Lunch and Dinner - were very samey but there was always fresh pasta from the pasta station and a meat being prepared on a griddle along side. Food wasn’t flavourless and there was enough to choose from throughout our stay. Cannot comment on a lot of it as tried to avoid anything that could have been washed with water as didn’t want to be ill (and we haven’t been at all from hotel food or wherever we have eaten) there’s a snack bar offering pizza and burgers through the day too which were alright also! We did eat out a lot also as there is plenty to chose from in Soho square for a good price! Sun beds - we didn’t really struggle for sunbeds as some of the reviews suggest, the issues was the beige ones around the place were generally pretty poor quality and didn’t always do what you wanted! Towels were out early and I did find myself getting up at 8am to try and get our usual spot in front of our room - 6/7days. Entertainment at the hotel is lacking. Daily you will find people calling around the hotel for Aquagym, waterpolo and darts and that’s about your lot - it said table tennis on the list but never heard this as would have got involved. Usually something on at 9pm but went on for around an hour and that was it. We saw a saxophonist and some others but they weren’t anything to write home about! In the Sunday there was a belly dancer for about half an hour in the afternoon. We didn’t see any of this advertised we just heard from other guests. There is music for ambiance playing in the pool area for most of the day - it wasn’t too overbearing from where we were but we were behind the way in which the speakers were pointing…can imagine it being loud in certain areas!! My friend Lorna & I were lucky to grab a week's break here from 5th October. We had the most wonderful time. All the staff make you feel so welcome and work incredibly hard. There are too many to mention but I would just like to especially thank Habib, the reception manger for making us feel part of the St George family and our special barman Mohamed Ali who kept us hydrated around the quiet pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard and it was lovely to have fresh clean fluffy towels every day. We had plenty of water left for us and even our PJ's were folded up neatly on the bed along with the occasional towel art. The food was great & varied and always hot and we had some great banter with Magdy and the rest of the staff who made our meal times extra special. We arrived late evening but were told to head to the restaurant in 30 mins after settling into our room where Samir fed and watered us which was just what we needed after travelling all day. I just want to praise the shop keepers too were so friendly, non pushy but were helpful when I needed a new sim for the mifi box. We used the free shuttle bus to Sandy beach and that worked well. The beach was lovely with again great staff and plenty of shade. We used the hotel taxi one evening to go into Naama bay and that was a great service and so cheap at 9$ return for 4 of us. The driver was brilliant and very friendly. We preferred the quiet pool as just wanted to chill but we met so many lovely people around the pool and it was lovely to have a natter whilst cooling off with our new friends. Magic & his colleague were always on hand to help with sunbeds and parasols. I am so lucky to be going back in January with hubby and I can't wait. We have been a few times before and it's always special coming back here.

Lovely hotel which you don’t know about . Someone is his name is Samuel he is work as pinter  discussion he is told me about this hotel which I pay £47 pounds for the 2 night also including everything I see that great price for the room and the food . First I come in the reception I find someone is called David he is so kind and have a good smiles also he help me to get to my room 1212 and he carried my bag 💼. When I want to the bar on the pool 🏊 I find someone is called ezzat he is lovely person and so kind with big smile 😃 and so helpful and he is honest which I left my bag in the bar table and I come back find it with him safe . advice in the bar you need coffee machine. Also I don’t want to forget about the chef is called Mohamed bbq 🍖 🧑🍳 the food was very local and lovely Egyptian bbq 🍗 I like to thank mr Adel the general manager too he was amazing.

I returned to this hotel for the second time and not by chance, the hotel staff is very empathetic, especially the lifeguard team - Dyaa, Mahmoud, Mohamed, who are responsive to any request from cleaning the mask or recommending us when and where to swim to see the most beautiful reef, something less common in other hotels in Egypt. We will definitely return here because when you come to rest it matters less to eat, although the food is very diverse and delicious, or to sleep in the room, what matters is the emotions that people give you
