Our stay at this hotel was awful. This could be a three star hotel at best but certainly not four. Yes the staff was helpful but they knew about the existing problems and did nothing to solve it. Our shower was leaking, the bedsheets had stains, they even served expired yogurts. That on top of the fact that only breakfast was served in a Swedish buffet style and if the food was gone they would not replace it. In the evening you couldn't even chose what you could eat, you were given the bare minimum. At least the beds were comfortable and the location was good. At check out they also beg you to give a good review and they'll give you a discount. Never going again.
