가격대비 성능은 정말 훌륭합니다. 400 미만의 가격으로 바로 스위트룸에 살 수 있습니다. 또 무슨 말을 할 수 있나요? 6시부터 7시까지 수영장 옆에서 무료 칵테일도 제공되는데, 이는 정말 훌륭한 가치입니다. 하지만 여기서 말하고 싶은 것은 호텔에는 이 패키지가 전혀 없기 때문에 마사지 가격을 예약해서는 안 된다는 것입니다. 씨트립에 연락해 신속하게 차액을 환불해줬지만 여전히 좀 번거로웠습니다.

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for an amazing stay. You were all fantastic and I wish you all every success!

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

친절하고 다정한 서비스를 받을 수 있는 호텔, 추천합니다. 입장할 때부터 물수건을 줘서 더운 캄보디아 날씨를 면하게 해주고 처음부터 끝까지 너무나 친절합니다.

이 호텔을 선택한 이유는 나이트마켓에 걸어다닐 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋았고 합리적인 가격에 무료 픽업서비스, 무료마사지1회, 조식포함, 요청 시 조식도시락 서비스, 수영장이 있었기 때문입니다. 픽업기사부터 호텔 내 모든 직원들이 정말 친절했으며 객실청소상태도 만족스럽고 쾌적하며 비록 조식메뉴는 간단했지만 맛있었습니다. 단점으로는 시설이 오래되어 방문 잠금장치가 옛날방식이며 폭우가 쏟아지면 객실 창문으로 빗물이 조금 새어 들어옵니다.금고도 오래되어 사용이 살짝 어려웠습니다. 화장실문이 미닫이방식인데 제 실수로 인해 사고가 있었습니다. 약간의 문제는 있었지만 직원들의 빠르고 친절한 대처로 조금의 불만도 없이 마무리 되었습니다. 호텔이 오래된건 어쩔 수 없습니다. 시설이 낡았으니 문제가 생기겠지요. 중요한건 어떻게 대처하냐입니다. 세심하게 케어해주며 진심을 다해 도와주셨습니다.(이런 이슈와 관련하여 어떤 금품도 받지 않았으며 그런 저급한 제안을 하는 호텔도 아닙니다.환불이라는 쉬운 방식 대신 미안할정도로 정성을 다하여 도와주셨습니다) 이 호텔에 머무르면서 캄보디아와 캄보디아인들이 정말 좋아져서 언젠가 또 오기로 마음먹었습니다. 캄보디아 여행 중 이 호텔과 송사리조트에 머물렀는데 직원들의 친절도는 송사리조트보다 더욱 훌륭하고 만족합니다. 합리적인 가격, 훌륭한위치, 친절한 직원 정말 최고의 호텔입니다. 씨엠립을 방문하시고 호텔 고르는 기준이 저와 비슷하다면 무조건 추천드립니다.

Impressive accommodation. Very clean and in a quiet area. The restaurant staff and receptionists were very professional. Exceptional thanks to both receptionists, Malinda and Unno( not sure of the spelling) who both made me feel very welcome and assisted me with my Vietnamese visa. Wish I had time to stay longer. Not too far from the small quiet airport. Certainly would recommend this hotel and I hope I will return.

Stepping into Shinta Mani Angkor after an early flight felt like a warm hug. Our room, ready ahead of time, was a cozy corner of comfort with a little balcony overlooking the serene pool – a perfect spot for morning coffee. The staff here have hospitality down to an art. A shoutout to the beef skewers at Baitong – so good we ordered them twice! General Manager Ewan's friendly table visits added a lovely personal touch to our meals. Our temple tour was a highlight – comfortable, informative, and punctuated with cold water and refreshing towels. Though our visit was Pchum Ben holiday so most of the shops were close, we had enjoyable time by the river, around the old town and lively Pub Street. In short, our stay was a delightful blend of comfort and genuine warmth. Shinta Mani Angkor is a memory we'll cherish.
