My room had a large red stain on the carpet right by the bed. When I mentioned it to the front desk they said they knew nothing about it. They said they will clean it during the day while I was out, but upon my return you could tell no one had tried to clean it. Overall, a huge disappointment for a Marriott stay. The window area had a dead fly and the room did not feel clean.

Spent 1 night in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that had 2 queen beds. The room had many signs of aging which is common for many older RI properties. What I found somewhat disturbing is major water damage in one of the bathrooms on the wall near the shower. The wall paper had been completely removed from this section of wall so it was evident they were aware of the problem. The sheet rock was so disfigured near the baseboard that I touched it to see if it was wet. To my surprise it was so wet my finger made an indention in the wall. Disgusting! I'm sure the hotel was a 100% capacity due to a major event that was in town. But this room really shouldn't be rented out until this issue is resolved. No telling what kind of mold issues are lurking there.

Just do not stay here. They place smells of cat urine. It’s sooo bad that I had to have my windows open. When I brought it up with the front desk staff they took the I go down but I think they knew of the issue and acted like it’s new. There were cats meowing outside when I was smoking at night. The ammonia smell was awful in the halls and the worse was near the elevators. I reported them because it’s just too disgusting and not sanitary.

The rooms were clean and well appointed - layout was the standard Residence Inn room, which we like. The hotel was quiet and well maintained. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. All in all, a very nice stay
