Worse experience ever. No body in the house, keys in envelop, breakfast in a box, no cleaning of room if you stay more than one night (aleas we did), dirty stairs, light from the hall flooding the room at night,mugs with glue from the price tag still on, fans from the laundry room all night, impossible to sleep... even airbnb is better !!! NOT A BOUTIQUE HOTEL

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights end of August. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable, but the service aspects leave alot to be desired. The same boring breakfast, in a cardboard box every day. Awful coffee in a nespresso. Didn't see a single soul in the whole time. Trying to have a shower in a jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower wand was a challenge. The main complaint however is that they overcharged my credit card by almost $300. I sent emails to everyone listed on their site. Not one answer. Tried to phone, voice mailbox always full. Luckily I had saved my confirmation email and I got my bank to look into it. They were able to fix it. Be careful.
