괌에 가보기 전까지는 알지 못했습니다. 아웃리거가 정말 위치가 갑인 것을, 가서야 알았습니다. 호텔에서 나서면 바로 앞에 갤러리아가 있어서 정말 편하게 이동할 수 있었고, 유명 음식점들도 도보로 다 이동 할 수 있었습니다. :) (**특히 Beachin Shirimp를 포장해서 방에 가서 먹어도 맛있을 정도 였습니다.^^) 우선, 그 기간동안 제 생일이 있다고 호텔에 이미 얘기해두어서 객실에서 기분 좋게 선물을 받아볼수 있었습니다. 선물은 비밀입니다! 나중에 오시는 분들도 생일이신 분은 생일기간 이라는 것을 호텔로 요청해보세요~ㅎㅎ 플러스+++) 저는 오션프론트 룸에 묵었는데, 다음에도 이 객실로 꼭꼭꼭!!! 다시 투숙할 의사가 있습니다. 투몬비치를 정면으로 바라보는 객실이었는데, 육아로 지쳤던 제가 정말 힐링할 수 있는 객실이었어요. 객실에서 바라보는 아름다운 석양 그리고 낮시간에 바닷가는 그냥 힐링 그 자체였어요. 그리고 더불어 물론물론 바로 앞 비치는 너무 예쁘고 바로 연결되어 있어서 편함 그 자체였죠. 아기가 8개월 밖에 안 되어서 물놀이를 오래하지 못해서 생각보다 객실에서 있던 시간이 길었기 때문에 객실에서의 전망이 더더욱 중요했던 것 같아요. 청소상태가 별로라는 후기도 있었는데, 저는 너무너무 만족했어요. 침대도 너무 깨끗했고, 혹시 몰라서 버그패치까지 가져갔는데 전혀 문제 없었어요. 저도 아토피 있어서 조금만 불편해도 피부가 빨갛게 올라오는데 편히 잘 있었어요. 그리고, 제일 고민했었던 두짓타니냐!? 아웃리거냐? 했던 부분은 아기가 어려서 수영장이 추우면 감기걸릴까봐 너무 걱정이 되었어요. 많은 분들이 두짓타니 수영장은 건물자체가 그림자가 지게 설계되어서 춥다고 해서, 보통 아기있는 집은 아웃리거로 온다는 글을 많이 봤었거든요. 그래서 저도 아웃리거로 선택했었는데, 와서 옆 건물을 보니 정말 그늘이 그대로 드리워지더라구요, 어린 아기와 함께하기 너무너무 딱이었습니다. 라운지에서 제공되는 무료음료도 너무 좋았고, 아기 손님들도 즐길 수 있게 6시였던가? 그 때까지는 미성년자도 동반할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 석양도 보고, 덕분에 맥주도 한잔하고 행복한 시간 보냈습니다. 아웃리거 회원(무료)-디스커버리 클럽 가입하면 호텔 부대업장 할인권이랑 무료음료쿠폰 주는데, 분위기 좋은 뱀부바에서 스테이크랑 맥주한 잔 하면 딱! 안성맞춤입니다. 베이비가드가 객실에 비치되어 있다고 했었는데, 저는 없어서 프론트로 요청해서 받아보았구요. 설치를 바로 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 보통 괌에 여러번 가시는 분들이 많더라구요, 저는 보통 한번 간 여행지는 다시 가는 편이 아닌데 이번에 가니 왜 여러번 가는 곳인지 딱 알겠더라구요. 화창한 여름날씨에 운전하기 너무 편한 도로, 편리한 쇼핑과 모기같은 벌레가 없어서 안전하구요. 다음 번에 가더라도 꼭 아웃리거에서 투숙하고 싶어요. 그리고 그 때도 여유가 있다면 물론물론 오션프론트룸으로!! 저 멀리 수평선을 보면서 행복했던 그 기억이 아직도 생생하네요. 또 가고 싶어요!! 투숙하는 분들께 추천할 팁은)) 돗자리를 가져오시면 아기랑 같이 방바닥에 앉아서 놀기 좋아요. 아기 옷도 편하게 갈아입히고 꿀팁입니당.^^

스노쿨링하고 싶어서 묶었어요 만족해요. 건비치는 넘나 바다가 보기만 좋고 할게 없는데 여긴 적당히 깊고 물고기도많고요. 오래된 호텔인거 아니깐 시설수준은 괜찮고요 객실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 조금나긴 했지만 청소 잘해주시고 바닥 타일이고 만족해요. 직원분들 친절하시고요.

신혼여행 5박 중 3박을 리프호텔로 예약했어요~ 옆호텔(50%)+바다(50%) 뷰였고, 잘때 소음이 있어서 파도 소리인줄 알았는데, 옆에 공조시설?돌아가는 소리더라구요. 그 점이 조금 아쉽긴한데 가성비 괜찮은 호텔이었어요. 청결상태가 좋았고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔어요. 단점이 있다면 간접조명(주광빛)은 많은데 메인조명이 없어서 어두워요.

I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

투몬 시내랑은 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 렌트를 하지 않는다면 조금 불편하긴 하지만, 리조트를 내가 빌린 것 마냥 조용하고 편하게 이용하고 싶으신 분들에겐 아주 좋은 선택지예요:-) 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다. 리가로얄에서 2박 후 두짓비치로 옮겨 2박을 더 했는데, 두짓비치는 너무 시끌벅적한 느낌이 있었어요. 인피니티풀은 예쁘고, 룸 오션뷰도 매우 좋습니다. 조식같은 다이닝은 이용하지 않았구요, 룸 컨디션이나 시설은 좀 낙후되어 있긴 합니다. 하지만 기대를 안하고 갔는데 생각보단 훨씬 좋았어요. 너무 습하지도 않고 적당히 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔이에요!

중심지에서 조금 위쪽에 위치해있지만 도보로 다니는데 문제없었어요. 방도 넓고 호텔뷰도 좋았습니다. 주차장이 금방 차지만 호텔 건너편에도 차를 댈 수 있어요. 한국인 직원이 있어서 영어로 의사소통이 원활하지 않다면 여기만한 곳이 없어요.

호텔 컨디션도 좋고 위치도 정말 좋았어요. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 친절한 서비스도 맘에 들었어요 ^^ 가장 좋았던 건 프론트에 한국 직원이 있다는 거, 그리고 욕실 수압이나 배수가 잘 된다는 게 아주 좋았어요 ~ 새벽 요가프로그램과 피트니스센터도 있어 이용했어요. 다시 괌을 가게되면 두짓타니는 찜이예요.^^

아기와 함께 한 첫번째 여행이었는데, 객실부터 여러모로 신경 써주셔서 아주 좋은 추억 안고 돌아왔습니다!! 식사도 맛있었고 주변 접근성이나 바다도 모두 가까워서 정말 좋았아요!! 다음에도 괌을 가게 된다면 웨스틴에서 묵고 싶네요!

호텔 자체는 오래 된 시설로 인지는 하고 방문 했습니다. 1. 방문 첫날 커텐박스가 떨여ㅓ져서 수리 요청 하였으나 조치가 되지 않아 3회 요청에 수리 받음. 2일차 오후에 시공 2. 샤워 수전 첫 날 저녁 수영 후 사용하는데 떨어짐... 시설이 오래된 부분은 어느정도 감안하고 방문 하시면 서비스, 수영장, 해안가 접근성, 메인 스트릿 접근성 등 우수함 다만, 요청 사항에 대해 조치가 매우 느리고 요청사항이 자주 누락되는 건 다른 후기와 동일하니 참고
