I stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

공항에서 멀지 않고 비교적 조용합니다. 문 앞에 주유소가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 호텔에는 공항 셔틀 버스도 있습니다. 방은 깨끗한데 에어컨 소리가 너무 시끄러워요. 아침 식사는 비교적 간단하지만 배를 채우는 데에는 문제가 없습니다.

The jazz bar was lovely with excellent music. Such a shame that hotel guests have to pay to attend - it really should be a perk of staying. Nice food, basic and reasonably priced. Friendly bar staff. The hotel itself fell way below expectations I'm afraid. No lift, and no assistance with luggage, not really a problem, but not very welcoming. Very small dingy room. Very small bed with a very thin mattress. No cupboard or hanging space. Very noisy from the street. Really needs decent double glazing. Small shower room with black tiles which hide the fact that it could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. We had a double room with shower. The public bathroom didn't look great. Very drab decor throughout. No tea/coffee facilities. It did have a TV and a hairdryer. I've stayed in basic hotels before, but this one really needs some TLC. It is in a good location with a large public carpark next door (we had a hire car, so this was good). It really could be lovely if it was given some attention. The price was good.

They gave the pre-paid room to another guest and then hoped that I would be ok with staying at another address. Not safe, very sketchy. The waiting room, entrance and hallways were filthy. I waited for hours for the owner to show up to find a solution. She never showed or called. I was with my son and he didn't feel safe there, so we had to find other accommodation. Still waiting for a refund for not honouring the pre-paid room.

Good place near a lot of local locations. Recommended. Front door is hard to find, only has a white piece of paper on it indicating the name of the inn. Staff is helpful and let us leave our bags in the office early before checking in. Some minor technical difficulties with the room door but overall not a big problem. Wifi sometimes a tiny bit slow but functional. Didn’t manage to take a photo of the room, but online it said it had a stove but there was no stove in the actual room.

This place is a little gem. Unbelievable value considering you're within walking distance of downtown and all the attractions. Although if you're not much of a walker the subway is right round the corner. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. The check in was smooth and easy even though I was panicking about arriving after 7pm when the reception is not staffed. The only minor quibble I had was that the WiFi was very unreliable. But if that's you're only complaint when staying at a property you're doing pretty well!! Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Toronto.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction. I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay: Rude Staff: The behavior of motel's staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They were dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns, which left a negative impression. Water Issues: Upon entering my room, I discovered there was no water. When I approached the staff they addmitted there were prolonged periods with no water supply, which is unacceptable. It was especially frustrating that staff was aware of these issues but failed to inform guests in advance. This lack of communication is highly inconvenient and shows a lack of consideration for all guests. Refund Refusal: Despite the significant inconvenience caused by the water issues, I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was told to ”wait patiently” for the water to resume in 4 hours. This response was inadequate and added to the frustration of an already unpleasant situation. I am very disappointed with the service I received and the overall management of the motel. I strongly advise against staying at this motel. There are many other good and affordable options nearby that offer better service and amenities.
