호텔은 기차역 건너편 그랜드 카나에서 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 레스토랑과 상점까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 수상 택시, 곤돌라 또는 대중 수상 버스를 타기 쉽습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 당일 여행 및 기타 여행에 대한 제안을 제공했습니다.

장점 : 깨끗하고 레스토랑, ATM까지 도보 거리. 좋은 아침 식사, 주문할 수있는 전문 커피 (라떼, 익스프레스, 등)도 제공했습니다. 단점 : 호텔 맞은 편에있는 방에 10 대와 남편과 나는 두십시오. 프론트 데스크의 과도하게 쾌활한 여성은 2 박 2 실의 세금이 78 유로이며 ”현금 만”이라고 말하면서 50 유로를 찢어 버려야했습니다. 우리가 떠날 때 지불 할 것이라고 그녀에게 말했다. 다음날 아침 문의 (남자가 프론트 데스크에있었습니다) 그리고 그는 우리가 26 유로의 세금 만 빚졌고 우리는 신용 카드로 지불 할 수 있다고 말했다 (우리가 방을 가지고 있었던 것처럼). 이상한 디즈니 애니메이션 예술이 로비에 매달려 있는데 다른 가구 장식과 일치하지 않습니다.

OMG: I have been traveling for a lot now but this Is absolutely the worst hotel I have been to. Do yourself a favor and sleep outside or in a 1-star hostel. I think TripAdvisor should allow to give 0 to some establishments. If you want all the details (with pics) keep reading. First of all, I have paid 250euros per night for a filthy tiny room with no breakfast. Venezia is expensive but there is expensive and there is scam. What was wrong with the room: -flithy -tiny -smelly -there was a leftover empty bottle of vodka left in the room: this is how good they clean -the bathroom was with no windows -filthy carpet in the room -malfunctioning air-conditioning -dim lights -very very small beds...more suited for a hobbit (check the pictures and compare with the knapsack). I had to sleep with my feet outside the bed and I am not tall at all. Tiny beds so that they can fit two in a tiny room! -no refrigerator inside the room. But there is a safe what is wrong with the structure -there is a lift but you have to climb a long stair before you get there, so no wheelchair accessible -they have a coffee vending machine that doesn't give you the change, I know this is not so bad but it is basically the straw that broke the camel's back -luggage deposit is not monitored -check out is at 10!!! seriously! I have traveled all around the world and I am not that picky but 250 euros per night for a subclass of hostel is way too much. One more piece of advise if you really want to go there, bring your own mosquito repellant: the rooms are full of mosquitos and they only provide one that clearly doesn't work.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

Positive bits: - Accessible area / 7- 15mins walk to the Bus, Boat/water taxi’s and Train Station - There’s a lot of nearby restaurants just sitting next to the canal - Accessible for water taxis and gondolas as well - Our room has the canal view Negative bits: - No double bed available - 3 out of 4 Single beds provided are squeaky/noisy - There’s only ONE power outlet (don’t forget to bring your extension cable) - There’s Mosquito’s (my son has some mosquitos bites). We mentioned this issues with the guy on the reception. He provided us mosquito repellent plug but it didn’t work - Please note that this is Catholic Hotel so they shut the main door at 12pm and will be open again at 6am. It’s not recommended to book an early flights or train rides as you have to pay 20 Euros for someone to open it for you

일본인 20대 남녀 2인 숙박입니다. 다음은 참고가 되시면 〈 좋은 점 〉 호텔의 위치가 역에서 도보 3분 거리에 있기 때문에 여행가방을 들고 이동은 최소화 - 접수원이 매우 친절합니다. 샤워기 수압이 강했어요 방에 냉장고가 있었어 호텔 전체의 분위기가 좋고 나쁘거나 구식이었습니다 - 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있어 8500엔의 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 코스파는 좋습니다. 〈 알아야 할 점 〉 건물 자체가 꽤 오래되었고 방이 비교적 작습니다. 　특히 샤워 부스는 꽤 컴팩트했습니다 호텔에 들어가기 전에 좁은 골목을 통과합니다(베네시아는 전체적으로 골목이 좁기 때문에 문제가 없습니까?) 역에서 가까운 대신 산마르코 사원 등으로 가는 데 30분 정도 걸립니다.　 2박을 하게 해주었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋은 호텔이라고 느꼈습니다. 다음에 갈 때 꼭 후보에 들어가고 싶습니다.

역과 로마 광장에서 5분 거리에 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있는 호텔(GetYourGuide에서 예약한 공항 도착 및 출발 18€ 다시 이동) “Les personnes du service sont agréables et à l'accueil parlent français. Elles nous ont même donné un plan expliquant les lieux à 방문자. 아침 식사는 크루아상, 빵, 시리얼, 과자, 누텔라, 치즈, 카카테리(칼과 돼지), 계란, 베이컨, 소라, 토마토, 과일 주스, 커피 및 우유가 포함된 좋은 아침 식사입니다. 호텔은 깨끗하지만 매우 불편하고 유축한 쓰레기를 다시 방문해야합니다. 우리는 매트리스를 직접 바닥에 깔아야했지만 주말을 즐겼습니다. ”

Second time here. Check in at another hotel 10 minutes away. It is not clear why the hotel does not provide this information in advance. Overall, the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. Very warm in the room, clean. It's' located in the very center. Special thanks to the cleaning staff - the rooms are really clean.
