First night for our Camino trip to Santiago. And a lovely little hotel it was too. Very clean with excellent reception staff. Helpful cheerful and they spoke very good English ( much Better then my poor Spanish) ready to get to the Camino from.

This is an older hotel centrally located close to the waterfront and shopping streets. The bathroom seemed new and had an excellent shower although the towels were rather thin. The room itself was older and showing its age with rather marked and tired dark wood furniture, no dressing table or hairdryer. The electrical sockets in the room were old and our Euro adaptors wouldn't plug into them. Thankfully there was a new style socket in the bathroom and we used this to charge our phones etc. The reception staff were very helpful. Our room only had one chair so we asked for and got a second chair. Why do hotels only put one chair in a room intended for two people? Our main concern about the hotel was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear people talking on the phone, coughing and moving around in the room next door. Sound also leaked around the door to the room, we could hear people talking in the corridor which disturbed us. Despite this, we thought the room was good value for money especially if soundproofing and those electrical sockets can be looked at.

This property is a great location..staff extremely helpful..our room was great big enough for twin beds. The food at their cafe was just what we needed after walking 30kms on the camino. This property is great value for money...will definitely stay again

Hotel con una situación perfecta, al lado del puerto y en pleno centro histórico. Muy buena habitación y con una idónea relación calidad precio. Si en algún momento volvemos a tener que pernoctar en Vigo será, sin duda, nuestra primera opción.
