호텔은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 방은 우리의 체류에 적합했으며 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 리셉션과 식당에서 아침 식사는 뷔페 선택, 셀프 서비스, 차 또는 커피, 선택할 수있는 좋은 선택이었습니다. 저녁 식사 메뉴도 Starters, Mains & Desserts의 선택으로 좋았습니다. 술집 타입 메뉴의 모든 좋은 음식. 하루가 지나면 호텔 부지의 오셋 헤드 바에서 음료를 마셨습니다. 멋진 쾌적한 분위기, 이것은 유일한 시간이었습니다. 머무는 동안 다시는 열지 않았습니다. 다른 유일한 바는 식당에 있으며, 식사 시간 동안 연한 가구가없고 식사 테이블 만 열렸습니다. 거기서 음료를 가져갈 수 있는지, 게스트 라운지에 들어갈 수 있는지, 알리지 마십시오. 리셉션에서 보충해야했던 방에있는 차와 커피의 풍부한 공급. 나는이 미니 휴가 후 차 총 & 알콜 무료입니다.

객실 매우 만족👍 로프트 스타일의 최상층이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 머리 위에는 작은 창문이 있어 낮에는 햇빛이 잘 들어오고, 비가 오는 날에는 유리창에 무늬가 있는 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 욕실이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 크고 깨끗하며 단순하고 편안해요! 객실은 완비되어 있으며 기능적으로 분리되어 있습니다. 그러나 고정된 서비스 직원이 없으며 완전히 셀프 서비스 아파트입니다. 문으로 가서 당번 아줌마를 찾으면 아주 친절해요👍

Room was a good size. Plenty of parking available. Swimming pool was nice. Nice view of the lake from the gardens. Very friendly staff. Lovely food. Pleasant gardens. The lounge was relaxing with nice sofa . Some minor issues: Lack of shower pressure ， toilet wouldn't flush properly, blood stain on the floor of the toilet, took ages to get hot water through for showering

이 성 호텔은 200년의 역사를 가지고 있으며 매우 오래된 영국 스타일입니다. 크리스마스에 이 호텔에 머무르는 것은 낭만적인 느낌을 줍니다! 따뜻한! 함께한 친구들도 많이 놀랐어요! 우리는 호텔에서 많은 사진을 찍었습니다! 호텔의 모든 구석이 사진을 찍기에 적합합니다. 잊지 못할 호텔! 훌륭한!

The hotel is situated 2 mins walk from the bus interchange, train station and the town centre with restaurants, bars etc, meaning we didn't have to use the car at all. Room 1 was fine apart from the toilet doing mini flushes every 7 mins, 2 lights out in the bathroom and the blind didn't block out the light from the street light outside the hotel (did mention these minor things to James) and this certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed this every morning. The lady who served it (sorry didn't get her name, but she is an ex-nurse) was lovely, always had a smile and nothing was too much bother. We only had one evening meal here, but this too was really good.

Excellent room (room 6) with plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Great cooked breakfast and plenty of choice for cereals etc. Staff very helpful and polite. We will definitely be recommending this hotel and hopefully returning very soon.

We spent two nights at this fantastic hotel. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming to make your stay happy and comfortable. Paul serving drinks in bar very friendly with everyone. 👍 Occasion Room 12 in main building, exceptionally clean with gorgeous views. The king size bed and pillows were too firm for us and we had to request softer pillows. Shower gel was not replenished and also asked for this. Reception were happy to fulfil requests. Delicious food at each meal and fulfil any special requests. The terrace is very peaceful overlooking beautiful views. Tips …. Ask not to be placed in annexe as this is a solitary detached house adjacent with a walkway. Drinks are extremely expensive so keep a tab but they expensive throughout most of Windermere. If you have poor mobility, there is a steep walk up the driveway so you may have to use your car. We highly recommend this hotel for a short break and we were extremely lucky to have superb weather. Hotel was really nice, comfortable room, nice bathroom and views. Breakfast was ok, my hash browns were hard due to being left under heat lamp.
