호텔 서비스는 일반적이며 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 클럽킹(7~12층)과 시티뷰(1~7층)의 차이점은 층이 조금 더 높아서 볼 것이 없다는 점입니다. 하얏트 호텔 아침에 자고 있는데 문을 두드리면서 문 배터리를 교체한다고? 국내 하얏트 호텔에 비하면 많이 아쉽습니다. 가격이 매우 낮습니다.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Guadalajara Patria Universidad for five days recently, and I would never go back. The walls of the shower had hair from the previous guests, the blankets were stained, and the AC didn’t work properly. I used the hotel iron once to iron a dress shirt and it stained the shirt. The most significant incident was my STOLEN jacket. After returning to the hotel from being out a few hours, and the only time we requested the room cleaned, I realized my jacket was missing from the room, specifically from the closet where it was left. I informed the front desk of the situation and they were very nonchalant about the incident. I had to insist for them to take any type of action, and when they finally did, their resolution was an email about the incident to I assume hotel management. The next day I inquired again about the jacket and they asked me for my email and phone number in case they had an update, but I was never contacted again or given an update upon checkout. Approximately five days later, I called to follow up and the front desk said that they were aware about the incident but after seeing the footage of the hotel cameras they didn’t see anyone taking the jacket. Of course, if you’re stealing something from a room, you’re not going to let the cameras see you. That was the extent of their action. I never even received a call back to apologize for the incident, or any update if I hadn’t called back. The jacket had huge sentimental value, and I know now I’m never getting it back, but the minimum that I was expecting was an update, apology, some type of action or that they were at least trying, but it was clear they didn’t care. I highly recommend that if you can avoid this hotel, please do so at all costs!

Mi estancia fue tres dias y he de confesar que es el primer hotel en que he sentido la necesidad de dejarlo y cambiarme a otro Esta en la afueras no hay atractivos en esa zona caminando, el hotel ofrece 1-desayuno de 7-10am -nosotros fuimos dos dias a las 7:20 y no habia NI CAFE y las ollas vacias. 2-Nos toco cuarto en el 4to piso- tenia un olor horrible penetrante a axilas con cebolla , solicitamos cambio y nos mandaron al 3er piso pero tenia el mismo olor desagradable a axilas quisimos ventilarlo y las ventanas estan selladas y si prendes la refrigeracion tiene un ruido tan fuerte que no deja dormir ademas entras al baño y al prender la luz igual un ruido muy fuerte del estractor . 3- el ultimo dia solicite si podia dejar un rato en resguardo las maletas solo para prevenir no regresar tarde del curso y que se pasara el tiempo de check out pero me dijeron que NO que ese servicio al cliente no lo ofrecen Conclusion Pesimo hotel no lo recomiendo para nada . SI crees que durante tu estancia en hotel intercity te vas a relajar , dormir , descansar pues NO el mal olor no te lo permite asi te acabes todo el perfume que lleves .
