The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, though I feel to suggest to keep a sharper eye on maintenance (our bidet was leaking and the toilet wash button didn't work correctly). Shout-out to housekeeping personnel who was always accommodating with our needs and requests. Reception staff was good. Bonus points to Micaela who was very welcoming, professional and helped us book a horseback riding excursion. Breakfast menu was satisfying, though some more not-sweet options (along with scrambled eggs) would have made it more enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

This B&B offered an incredibly restful stay, wonderful customer service, and some of the best food I have ever eaten! We were only able to get reservations for 2 nights of our 10 day stay in Mendoza at the Lujan de Cuyo B&B, but could have happily stayed the full 10 nights and then some. Each morning there was a very nice breakfast including your choice of cooked eggs, media luna of several types, yogurt, cereal, toast, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, jams, spreads, etc. You'll leave breakfast stuffed enough to go until late afternoon before you're ready to eat again. In the afternoon, Claudia will be in touch (if you've indicated you'll be joining the dinner service) to request your selection for the evening's meal, which she cooks fresh daily, to perfection. Meals are eaten at a shared table, and if you've asked for wine, you'll be treated to multiple wines during the meal as Claudia opens and serves a bottle of wine for each 2 people consuming for each dinner. So if 10 people are having wine, you'll get to have pours from 5 different wines during your meal. If it had been possible, I'd have spent several days in the kitchen observing what she did to prepare our food as Claudia is extraordinary in what she produces daily. If you get to stay here, don't miss out on having at least one meal prepared by Claudia. Note that the restaurant/dinner service is a stand-alone business and you'll pay Claudia separately from your B&B bill. There are not a lot of supporting businesses very nearby, but there is one small store a few hundred meters towards the highway that carries bottled water, soda and wines and food items. Uber was available to and from Mendoza to the B&B, and the property provided a car service for some of the guests staying at the same time we were there.

O Ibis tem sido nossa opção de hospedagem dentro e fora do Brasil e nunca nos decepcionou. Melhor custo benefício. Mas, este Ibis de Mendoza está totalmente fora do padrão por 2 motivos: - Ar condicionado não gela absolutamente nada. - Há um problema sério com as válvulas de descarga dos vasos sanitários que as vezes funciona, outras não. Além do cheiro ruim de retorno de esgoto no banheiro. Um detalhe, isso não aconteceu só no nosso quarto, os 2 quartos que alugamos tinham o mesmo problema. Não volto a me hospedar nesta unidade e agora ficamos com medo de ter surpresas desagradáveis em outras unidades da rede.

El personal del hotel es súper amable y servicial en todo momento. La asistencia médica con la que cuentan es súper rápida comparada con la de la asistencia al viajero que teníamos. Pagamos el late check out y como nos adelantaron el vuelo nos devolvieron el importe sin problema. El hotel se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, el desayuno es abundante y fresco. Las habitaciones están súper limpias y son cómodas. Las toallas se encuentran en perfectas condiciones al igual que la ropa de cama, solo sus almohadas no son lo mejor pero el resto es todo excelente.

Hotel de péssima qualidade, quartos com carpetes imundos, mal cheirosos, banheiro horrível com retorno super desagradável. Muito barulho, sem nenhuma acústica, os hóspedes conversando alto até de madrugada e pela manhã as camareiras ligavam rádio com som alto para começar a arrumação, batiam portas, vasilhames e ademais. Solicitamos um apoio às 2h da manhã devido barulho dos hóspedes o o rapaz que estava na portaria simplesmente nem olhou para nós. Pela manhã solicitamos cancelamento e não aceitaram, ofereceram outro quarto e pactuamos se fosse um que desse para ficar as noites que faltavam para nós, e sem carpete. Aí acabamos ficando porque já era o segundo hotel em Mendoza que tivemos problemas e estávamos exaustas As toalhas pareciam pano de chão, além de terem sido cortadas ao meio para fazerem duas. Durante o dia solicitamos a troca, mas era só mais do mesmo. Cafe da manhã de péssima qualidade. Sem opções e as duas vezes que tentei comer lá passei mal Péssimo, não recomendo
