Passamos uma noite neste hotel, no entanto a estadia não correu nada bem, depois de fazer o check in dirigimos nos ao quarto sendo que já era 18:40, após nós instalarmos no quarto reparamos que a casa de banho estava infestada de formigas, fomos à recepção do hotel a informar do estado do quarto e apenas nos foi dito que tinham o hotel lotado e que não havia mais quartos disponíveis, após isso voltei a ir a casa de banho e reparei que o tampo da sanita estava por baixo cheio de marcas de urina, voltei a recepção e informei o funcionário do problema e ele depois face a esta situação disse que me ia pôr num apartamento junto ao hotel, quando fui ver o dito apartamento o mesmo estava cheio de bichos mortos no chão, pedi para falar com a gerência e não consegui. Após este episódio não aconselho as pessoas a irem a este hotel por falta de limpeza e falta de desinfeção dos quartos (pest control). Eu não volto a colocar os pés nessa unidade hoteleira. Para um hotel de 4* é mesmo muito mau.

Best place of our stay! We were sad that we were just here for one night. We were hoping to catch the big waves of Nazare, and they were medium height. The day after we left they were going off. Because it was winter, the town was a little quieter than I imagine it would be. However, this hotel, with the amazing view of the ocean and its location, helped make this a great trip. ** Note there isn't someone at the desk 24 hours, so if you arrive between 12 and 2 pm, like we did, you will need to call the phone number on the sign and someone will help you. We stored our luggage and headed out to watch the waves.

Amazing hotel with beautiful outdoor pool and very warm indoor pool Lovely staff so friendly and helpful Would go again in a heartbeat. Clean and fresh beautiful setting to walk into Nazare, if you don't like walking taxis are cheap , lovely restaurant on site , buffet breakfast very good

My wife and I stayed here one night, traveling with another couple. The location’s proximity to the sights of Nazare is superb! A short walk to the beach and area restaurants as well. The property is clean and well maintained with modern rooms and amenities. Our room had a good view of the beach and the funicular track. The breakfast options were plentiful, something for everyone. There is underground parking on the premises, but if you have a larger car (as we did for four adults and luggage), the turns are tight and most spots have a column to negotiate. We enjoyed our stay, and would book here again.

We only stayed one night, but wished we stayed longer. The hotel offered great price for the value We had a nice new room on top floor with incredible indoor and outdoor balconies overlooking the cliff and Sitio. The room had all necessary amenities, everything was impeccably clean, beds were comfortable, good towels, and excellent shower. Special thanks to Mariana - she made our stay perfect and even found time to help us with parking (God bless her patience!). Thank you!!
