This place was lovely. Great breakfast, clean and nicely decorated, also very quiet. Located a 15 minute walk from the very centre of town but still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Bathroom seemed quite new with an excellent shower. Check in was a slight faff due to many gates and doors, but instructions to get through these were provided and easily followed. There's no one to greet you, in fact on arrival the place felt eerily empty, like we'd just walked into someones house, which having been to a lovely b and b with very attentive hosts the night before set the bar quite high and it felt like it was just missing a bit of something given its moderately expensive price. Also, and this may have just been very unique to our stay, but we noted there was no air con in our room, which wasn't a huge problem as it wasn't too hot in October. However it did get a little stuffy so we opened the window at night which resulted in what I can only describe as a plague of mosquitoes in the room causing a rather uncomfortable nights sleep. Therefore I'm not sure what the room would be like in the midsummer heat with no air con and hesitance to open the window. Overall nice place, worth going to, but just missing the wow factor that I was rightly or wrongly expecting from the shiny website and price point.

We recently stayed here for 4 days with our two kids and loved every bit of it. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, especially the beds – we all slept like logs! The breakfast was a hit with lots of choices for everyone, even our picky eaters. What really made our stay special was how friendly the staff was. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Alessandro was always keen to check on our well being and comfort. In short, this place is awesome for families. Great rooms, yummy breakfast, and super nice people. We’re definitely coming back!

Recently stayed here on a delayed honeymoon with my spouse. Had we know just how much we’d love our stay here, we would have booked it last on our trip and stayed more days. It was by far the highlight of our trip to Italy. If you’re looking for something authentic, relaxing, and quaint, then I suggest staying here. This is not a resort. It’s an authentic stay on a vineyard in a beautiful small village. We had a private room with access to a common area. Siena was a 20 min drive away. The wine tours were Fantastic and the guides were knowledgeable. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast selection and we enjoyed dinner there as well. My experience booking with Eleanora and the entire staff’s hospitality while staying there made this experience memorable. A lovely stay it a lovely place. Thank you. -Kathleen

La struttura è molto ben curata, gli spazi comuni sono ben tenuti e sono ampi. La camera che abbiamo selezionato, disposta su due livelli, davvero grande e ideale per una famiglia con due ragazzi. Inoltre molto pulita. La colazione molto buona e staff davvero molto gentile.

Lovely experience overall. A stones throw from Florence but a world away, felt very rural. Rooms delightfully traditional. Location good for airport and city (although probably need a car). Pool was so relaxing. Lounge area to relax in was very pleasant. Breakfast a bit lacking - needs fresh coffee, increased choice and more attentive waiting staff, this would make a big difference. Lunch and dinner were very nice indeed super convenient but a bit on the pricey side compared to nearby restaurants. That said we really enjoyed our stay.

훌륭한 농장 호텔! 농가는 시에나가 내려다보이는 절경의 언덕에 위치해 있습니다. 피렌체까지 내내 비가 내리고 있었고 농장에도 비가 내리고 있었습니다. 시에나의 하늘은 아름다웠다! 주인은 70대 여성으로 매우 친절하고 진지하며 가볼 만한 인근 명소를 조심스럽게 소개했습니다. 3명이서 거실 식당이 분리된 아파트를 예약했습니다. 거실에 있는 소파는 펼칠 수 있는 소파베드입니다. 시트와 수건은 매우 깨끗하고 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 주방이 완비되어 있고 티백과 스낵이 맛있습니다! 아침에 일어나 보니 원래 농가에 세탁실이 있었고 시설도 완비되어 있었습니다. 시에나의 외곽역 맞은편에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 돌아가서 아침 식사 재료를 직접 구입할 수 있습니다. 아침에 앉아서 토스카나의 아름다운 전망을 바라보며 조식도 즐겨보세요!
