우리는 Zaragoza에서 1 박을해야했고 우리가 Eurostars와 함께 갔다는 것을 기쁘게 생각합니다. 우리는 도로 여행을하고 있었고 호텔에 편리하게 접근 할 수있는 바로 아래에 부착 된 주차장을 가지고있어서 매우 기뻤습니다. 우리는 2 명의 십대와 함께 여행하고 있었고 완벽한 패밀리 스위트를 가지고있었습니다. 잠글 수있는 미니 복도에 연결된 2 개의 방이 실제로있었습니다. 그래서 우리 모두 4 명의 사람들이 아침에 준비 할 수있는 2 개의 욕실이 있다는 것이 좋았습니다. 플러스로서 우리는 아래의 도시와 다리를 잘 볼 수있었습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었고 매우 좋았습니다. 고기, 치즈, 빵, 과일을 포함한 뷔페 스타일이었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 우리 방은 깨끗했다. 모든 것이 편리했습니다.

우리는 2 박 동안 여기에서 멈추고 패밀리 룸을 예약했습니다. 우리는 문이 연결된 스위트룸과 더블룸으로 안내받았습니다. 우리는 너무 많은 공간을 가지고 있었고, 그것은 훌륭했습니다. 스위트룸의 욕조는 얕은 수영장 크기였지만 샤워 각도에 주의해야 했습니다. 그렇지 않으면 물이 바닥 전체에 쏟아졌습니다. 방에는 총 3개의 TV와 3개의 미니 냉장고가 있었습니다. 객실은 매우 편안했습니다. 모든 것이 작동하고 깨끗했습니다. 호텔은 위치가 매우 좋았고 대부분의 지역이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 저녁에 호텔 레스토랑에서 식사를 했고 음식과 가격 대비 가치에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 메뉴가 제한되어 있지만 우리는 그것을 신경 쓰지 않으며 음식은 맛있었습니다. 그러나 아침 식사는 아주 기본적이었고 그렇게 훌륭하지는 않았습니다. 호텔에는 추가 요금이 부과되는 주차장이 있습니다. 도시에 주차하는 것은 악몽이 될 것이기 때문에 아마도 지불할 가치가 있을 것입니다. 직원들은 세심한주의를 기울였으며 이른 비행기를 타기 위해 떠나야했기 때문에 우리를 위해 아침 피크닉을 조직했습니다. 장식은 상당히 구식이어서 약간 실망스럽고 고급스러운 80년대 호텔의 느낌이 납니다. 전반적으로 우리는 그것이 완벽하게 수용 가능하고 편안하고 깨끗하다는 것을 알았습니다.

We were allocated a quiet spacious, stylish, very clean, well maintained room with large balcony as requested. The balcony overlooked the River Erbo, from which we could get a real sense of how local people live, work, and play everyday. It was great! Hotel Services are great: fab air conditioning and amenities. The hotel has a stunning location for sightseeing. Warm welcome , at a great price! The bed and pillows were comfortable, - we very much appreciated the air conditioning, water, and mini bar given the high temperatures. Nidya checked us - she was very professional and friendly - and spoke English very well and made us feel very welcomed with a high level of customer excellence. After travelling from Barcelona in a busy high speed train, we really appreciated the lemon water and local sweets on arrival. Our room was spotless, well laid out and well serviced throughout. Our housekeeper was patient with my rudimentary Spanish. We were impressed that she spoke both English and Italian with us too. It was our first time in Zaragoza, and we were astonished by everything it had to offer including the seafood. came for a birthday trip and for La Vuelta but there was so much to do and see - recommended is a combo ticket for le Seu, the Basilca Pilar & Lift to the tower; the Roman Forum full trail ticket which includes the exhibition & presentation film in English on the forum, the thermal baths, and Roman ampitheatre, and the Goya Museum. The NH Ciudad de Zaragoza hotel sets the tone for the highest standards of hospitality. The Tourist Info office and market are literally 1 min away from the hotel exit, and each encounter with local people and businesses were so friendly. A wonderful great stay in a great hotel, great value for money in a fantastic location that is well served by local transport. If you want to get close to nature, cross over the river snd do the green trail of the River Erbo!

Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

This 8.7 rating is from 2020!! Restuarant resembles a work canteen, where it is also chaos if any bus trip guest's arrive at the same time as you. 'Hot' in loose terms buffet breakfast here is a daily 3 item exact repeat affair without satisfactory HSE mechanism to keep the items hot. Fruit bowl items are Apple/Tangerine only and fresh fruit selection again exact 3 item repeat every day. If you want english breakfast tea, you'll have to hunt for the Tea Bags!! Staff in the 'canteen' are brusque, and the majority display constant miserable demeanour. Room's are a decent size, NO TEA/COFFEE facility, and NO ROOM SERVICE INSTEAD. The wicker garden style chair's are not at all comfortable for relaxation. The bathroom floor is VERY slippery after shower use, oh and there is no facility to place any if you have your own toiletries for this area in the bathroom. We asked for a room with a walk-in shower rather than climbing over the edge of a bathtub (due to some current reduced vision issues) We were allocated a room that was setup for those with disabilities, i.e. Pull down seat in the shower, and hand rails around the W.C. which was totally offensive and THE NOISIEST ROOM I HAVE EVER been allocated in all my year's travelling. Your alarm clock is likely to be unnecessary as the dust cart and general locality noises serve the purpose. Be prepared to move any luggage by yourself. On the plus side, the main attractions are reasonably close by. Will we return No Do we recommend sadly not.

這是行程中最給人好感的酒店，薩拉戈薩老城確實不大，酒店就在聖柱廣場邊上，陽台上就能看到隔壁一家老教堂，30米開外還有一家漂亮的市場。位置卓絕。酒店整潔美麗，房間大，設施新。大堂的工藝品價格都很宜人

From the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.
