Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy. Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste. Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs. Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel. It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes. The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud. The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

좋은 서비스, 좋은 환경, 수영장은 환상적이며 깊이는 185 cm이며 수영하기에 좋으며 해변은 스노클링, 많은 다채로운 물고기, 맑은 물에 매우 좋습니다. 여기 음식도 좋습니다. 저녁 식사는 매일 바니다. 시내 중심가까지 무료 셔틀, 매일 4번, 객실에는 발코니와 멋진 바다 전망이 있으며 Dahab의 정말 오시아스입니다.

My friend Lorna & I were lucky to grab a week's break here from 5th October. We had the most wonderful time. All the staff make you feel so welcome and work incredibly hard. There are too many to mention but I would just like to especially thank Habib, the reception manger for making us feel part of the St George family and our special barman Mohamed Ali who kept us hydrated around the quiet pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard and it was lovely to have fresh clean fluffy towels every day. We had plenty of water left for us and even our PJ's were folded up neatly on the bed along with the occasional towel art. The food was great & varied and always hot and we had some great banter with Magdy and the rest of the staff who made our meal times extra special. We arrived late evening but were told to head to the restaurant in 30 mins after settling into our room where Samir fed and watered us which was just what we needed after travelling all day. I just want to praise the shop keepers too were so friendly, non pushy but were helpful when I needed a new sim for the mifi box. We used the free shuttle bus to Sandy beach and that worked well. The beach was lovely with again great staff and plenty of shade. We used the hotel taxi one evening to go into Naama bay and that was a great service and so cheap at 9$ return for 4 of us. The driver was brilliant and very friendly. We preferred the quiet pool as just wanted to chill but we met so many lovely people around the pool and it was lovely to have a natter whilst cooling off with our new friends. Magic & his colleague were always on hand to help with sunbeds and parasols. I am so lucky to be going back in January with hubby and I can't wait. We have been a few times before and it's always special coming back here.

It’s was nice vacation we was happy in regency plaza aqua park nice food nice bar every body there are good stuff and we was have nice room clean and very good aqua park for kids and pool also was nice we had warm pool for swimming with kids and also I have very big thanks to Mr Sami in reception help me and help my daughter for many things like poked restaurants and also answer me for any thing he also have big thanks from all my family beacuse help them for found our bag because it was lost and he try to do by him self to found our bag we all thank Sami so much for everything and for help we are hope to back again in this hotel for be happy and safe thanks too much Sami

Arrived late Sunday evening with fellow travelling passengers. Bags left outside and told they’d be taken to your rooms when we knew our number which we went back and tagged the bags with The hotel had left the restaurant open to get abit of food (not much selection but did a job) and went to the bar to get a drink (closed midnight for AI but further drinks could be purchased) After going to our room - bags not there, ended up having to go back to reception (40mins after getting to the hotel) to get the bags and bring them to the room ourself! Room clean, bathroom small but we are here for a week so could make do. We had a superior room with terrace straight onto the floor above the pool. Bed was large and comfortable. Aircon beautiful and on all the time - no need for the room key to be in a slot etc! Morning 1 - weather bang on - decided to stay by the pool and see what the hotel had to offer. Fair today it didn’t really offer much which is why this is a 3*/average rating. I don’t think the hotel quite offers the 4* it is given - but definitely offers 3* provision but this is Egypt after all. Breakfast offered a continental and cooked breakfast options - fresh egg station well attended every morning by guests. Lunch and Dinner - were very samey but there was always fresh pasta from the pasta station and a meat being prepared on a griddle along side. Food wasn’t flavourless and there was enough to choose from throughout our stay. Cannot comment on a lot of it as tried to avoid anything that could have been washed with water as didn’t want to be ill (and we haven’t been at all from hotel food or wherever we have eaten) there’s a snack bar offering pizza and burgers through the day too which were alright also! We did eat out a lot also as there is plenty to chose from in Soho square for a good price! Sun beds - we didn’t really struggle for sunbeds as some of the reviews suggest, the issues was the beige ones around the place were generally pretty poor quality and didn’t always do what you wanted! Towels were out early and I did find myself getting up at 8am to try and get our usual spot in front of our room - 6/7days. Entertainment at the hotel is lacking. Daily you will find people calling around the hotel for Aquagym, waterpolo and darts and that’s about your lot - it said table tennis on the list but never heard this as would have got involved. Usually something on at 9pm but went on for around an hour and that was it. We saw a saxophonist and some others but they weren’t anything to write home about! In the Sunday there was a belly dancer for about half an hour in the afternoon. We didn’t see any of this advertised we just heard from other guests. There is music for ambiance playing in the pool area for most of the day - it wasn’t too overbearing from where we were but we were behind the way in which the speakers were pointing…can imagine it being loud in certain areas!! I returned to this hotel for the second time and not by chance, the hotel staff is very empathetic, especially the lifeguard team - Dyaa, Mahmoud, Mohamed, who are responsive to any request from cleaning the mask or recommending us when and where to swim to see the most beautiful reef, something less common in other hotels in Egypt. We will definitely return here because when you come to rest it matters less to eat, although the food is very diverse and delicious, or to sleep in the room, what matters is the emotions that people give you
