I rated my stay Pisa 5/5 stars because of the exceptional service, immaculate cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, convenient location and the friendly and helpful staff who made my experience memorable. The costumer service was the best.

This place was wonderful and I have never been treated so nicely and attentively anywhere I've stayed than I was here. Andy and Andy were fantastic, so helpful and happy. We had one of the cheaper rooms but it was still really spacious and pretty, the whole place featured lovely artwork and it just felt a very unique place to stay. There was complimentary fizzy drinks in the mini fridge and as an avid coca cola fan, this was a lovely touch. It was conveniently located for the Tower and lots of shops and restaurants. The only slight downsides were there was quite alot of street noise that you could hear at night (which can't be helped) and the supplied hair dryer was quite lack luster. Only mentioning these as they maybe important to some people, but they're not enough to dampen a five star place and I will be recommending to anyone I know who's planning on visiting Pisa! I never thought I would be staying at a beautiful palazzo though I have looked up at some from the street on my many visits to Italy. The Palazzo Feroci has been restored as you would expect of a historic listed building and with no expense spared. Our suite is on the first floor and consists of two rooms, our bedroom over-looks a small square on one side and a narrow street on the other. Even so the suite was very quiet and had large new heritage double glazing windows which kept any street sound out, cars not being allowed in the old center of Piza. The suite has coffee and tea and cookies and bottled water and wine and chips for us to eat and drink and a fridge! The hotel toiletries are very upmarket and the best I have seen in a hotel to date. There is a very chic modern cafe with great food that is part of the hotel and breakfast is included with the price of the room. The dining areas comprise of small courtyards which are very inviting, pretty and quiet and again beautifully restored. Myself and my husband agree that Palazzo Feroci ranks up there with the Four Seasons at Cap Ferrat as the two best accommodations that we have stayed at in the past few years. I very highly recommend staying at Palazzo Feroci when you are in Piza, we are very glad we did.

This was my first real experience in a B&B. Actually I hadn't realized I booked a B&B so the pre-arrival communications were unusual for me, but everything worked out fine. The room was comfortable enough and the stairs up were very manageable. This is a long, but manageable and pleasant, hike from the main train station, with several good restaurant options in the direction of the Tower.

사진에 속지 마세요. 근데 사실 방에 도착해서 보니 사진찍고 엄청 더러워보이던데.. 오래된 건물이라 벽이 저런 오래된 벽이라 더러워보이지만.. 실제로 벽의 질감입니다. 내부 인테리어는 매우 아름답습니다. 램프와 테이블은 모두 고풍스러운 유럽 스타일로 매우 편안합니다. 프론트 데스크도 매우 표준화되어 있으며 모두 정장을 입고 매우 정중하고 친절하며 영어를 잘합니다. 가장 아름다운 것은 호텔 방의 꼭대기인데, 약간 노르웨이 쪽의 목조 가옥 느낌이 납니다. 목조 들보를 재건한 오래된 집일 수도 있지만 더 좋아 보입니다. 욕조의 뜨거운 물도 매우 뜨겁습니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 우리는 많은 상자를 가지고 있습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 저층 방으로 바꿔주었어요~ 그리고 한밤중에 난방이 꺼진 것 같아요. 이곳의 많은 호텔들은 비용을 아끼기 위해 이런 모습을 하고 있지만 밤에는 춥지 않을 것입니다. 아침 식사도 꽤 풍부하며, 기본적으로 모두 일반 유럽식 아침 식사입니다.

이 방에서 하룻밤 동안 멈췄습니다. 방은 호텔 – 아파트에 있습니다. 우리 방 4는 3 층에 자체 샤워 시설이 갖추어져있었습니다. 4 개의 큰 침대. TV 에어컨과 발코니. 호텔은 주요 명소 (2km)와 가깝습니다. 100m 무료 주차가 가능합니다. 나는 아침 식사 만 좋아하지 않았지만 호텔 수준에 해당합니다! 추신 : 누군가가 식료품 가게가 필요한 경우 호텔에서 50m 떨어져 있으며 먹을 것을 구입할 수 있습니다. 피사 (Pisa)시에서는 타워를 보는 것 외에는 아무것도 할 수 없으므로이 호텔에서 하루 동안 머무를 수 있습니다. 추천! 👍

방은 넓지 만 위치는 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다.  온라인 체크인은 호텔 직원에게 연락하기 위해 인터넷에 정보를 찾아야합니다. 편리하지 않습니다. 

We had one night at the start and one at the end at B&B 7 Rooms as part of our Italian adventure in May and cannot express how amazing it was! It’s set in a beautiful building in a lovely area of Pisa, close to the tower and some fabulous restaurants and within walking distance of the train station. Luca and his small team were super welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed in the family room which was spotlessly clean with lovely linens, great shower, air con and incredible views of the tower (although you need to lean out a tiny bit!) from the terrace. We were lucky enough to take breakfast on the terrace at the back of the building which provided a quiet, tranquil spot to start the day. If you’re thinking of booking, then don’t delay…. Our friends still comment on ‘that fabulous hotel you stayed in’ and we won’t forget it for a long time. Just trying to work out how we can justify going back! 💚🇮🇹💚

We stayed for one night after arriving off of a late flight. I have given the hotel three stars as I could not find a way to get the door to our balcony to lock. All the provided keys did not fit in the balcony door lock and it appeared that the locking mechanism had actually been painted over. While our room was on the first floor, I did not feel safe sleeping in an unlocked bedroom in a foreign country, and had we arrived earlier in the day we would have sought to have the problem rectified or moved to a different hotel. However, due to our late check in time we had a contactless arrival and there was no one we could talk to regarding the door. Aside from the issue with the lock, the hotel was very good. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was lovely and the staff were very helpful - they helped us book a taxi to our next destination after our booked car cancelled at the last minute. The location was very central and close to the airport. Overall, there are very few 'luxury' options in Pisa and should your door have a working lock, this hotel would be a great option, akin to a decent four star hotel.

BB는 역사적인 중심에서 도보로 15 분 거리에있는 전략적 위치에 있습니다. 이 지역은 주거 지역이지만 저녁에도 조용합니다. 우리에게는 훌륭한 일이 있습니다. 구조는 매우 아름다운 오래된 빌라 야외입니다. 방은 1 층에 있었고 넓고 깨끗하며 냉장고, 난방 및 TV가 있습니다. 작은 욕실이지만 옷과 세면 도구가 있습니다. 객실은 약간 현대적이며 구조는 매우 아름답 기 때문에 많은 돈을 벌 것입니다. 땅 내부, 입구 문 소음, 다른 손님의 통로가 불행히도 매우 많이 들립니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 즐기지 않았지만 지불을 위해도 뜨거운 음료를 배급자를 넣는 것이 좋을 것입니다. 어쨌든 2박을 하였는데 좋았습니다.
