Positive bits: - Accessible area / 7- 15mins walk to the Bus, Boat/water taxi’s and Train Station - There’s a lot of nearby restaurants just sitting next to the canal - Accessible for water taxis and gondolas as well - Our room has the canal view Negative bits: - No double bed available - 3 out of 4 Single beds provided are squeaky/noisy - There’s only ONE power outlet (don’t forget to bring your extension cable) - There’s Mosquito’s (my son has some mosquitos bites). We mentioned this issues with the guy on the reception. He provided us mosquito repellent plug but it didn’t work - Please note that this is Catholic Hotel so they shut the main door at 12pm and will be open again at 6am. It’s not recommended to book an early flights or train rides as you have to pay 20 Euros for someone to open it for you

경치 좋은 지역에 위치한 고풍스러운 호텔은 기차역에서 호텔까지 도보로 2개의 경로가 있습니다. 기차역에서 좌회전하면 다리를 건너야 합니다. 우회전하면 3개의 다리를 건너야 합니다. 도보 10분. 큰 여행 가방이 있는 사람들에게는 이미 더 친절합니다. 문이 더 숨겨져 있습니다. 그 옆에는 중국인이 운영하는 슈퍼마켓이 있으며 객실 시설은 역사적입니다. 체크인할 때 사장님은 짐을 위층으로 옮기는 것을 매우 열성적으로 도와주고 티켓을 사는 방법과 다양한 명소까지 워터버스를 타는 방법을 소개했습니다. 해질녘에 배를 타고 일몰을 보는 것은 매우 즐거웠습니다.

우리는 리셉션에서 멀리 떨어진 방을 받았습니다. 대피소가 없고 다리와 계단을 건너는 것이 관련되어 있습니다. 우리가 체크인했을 때 비가 내리고 있었는데 큰 불편을 겪었습니다. 우리가 위치한 장소에는 엘리베이터가 없으며 우리는 2층에 있습니다. 이 장소를 예약하려는 사람들에게는 큰 수하물을 주목하십시오. 그 외에는 방 자체가 깨끗하고 장식이 멋지고 현대적이었습니다. 창문이 닫혀있을 때 방에 환기가 없다고 느꼈기 때문에 에어컨이 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다 (안전상의 이유로). 아침 식사가 없었기 때문에 무료 미니 바가 제공됩니다.

이 곳은 베니스의 진정한 보석입니다. 틀: 위치 위치는 매우 좋으며 어디든 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다 (Piazza San Marco / St. Mark 's Square까지 10 분). 근처에 먹을 것이 많고 거리에 흥미로운 미술관이 많이 있습니다. 방 우리 장소는 최상층에 있었고 두 개의 방으로 구성되었습니다. 둘 다 고전적인 장식을 가지고 있었습니다. 우리 딸은 특히 그녀의 방을 좋아했습니다. 우리 방도 매우 낭만적이었습니다. 욕실은 현대적이고 새롭습니다. 체크인/직원 입장 및 체크인은 자동이며 매우 쉽고 번거롭지 않습니다. 호스트는 항상 연락이 가능하며 질문이 있는 경우 전화/Whatsapp을 통해 즉시 답변해 드립니다. 영어로 의사 소통이 용이합니다. 가격 대비 성능 비율 인상적인. 우리가 두 배의 가격을 지불 한 베니스의 다른 호텔보다 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 외국인 먹고 마실 것이 많습니다. 무료 커피, 크루아상, 크래커, 물, 오렌지 주스 등 다운사이드 유일한 단점은 수하물을 2층으로 운반해야 한다는 것이었지만 베니스에서는 흔한 일이라고 생각합니다.

We stayed 3 nights in this delightful bijou guest house / hotel for a special 30th wedding anniversary treat. This guest house comprises only 6 rooms on the ground floor of the building, we had one of the rooms directly overlooking a smaller canal in a location off the main tourist throughfares but just a short walk away from them and the vaporetto water bus stops, so it's in an ideal location. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was perfect for our purposes, ideal for a couple. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were continental Italian style buffet but plentiful and with lots of choice in a room that overlooked the canal. If you were lucky and the table wasn’t already occupied you could sit at the table outside directly on the canal to have your breakfast. There was some noise in the mornings around 7 AM as deliveries by boat were unloaded for the local businesses, however, for us this added to the charm of the location, experiencing more of the “living / working” Venice and we didn’t come to Venice to sleep late! There is no 24 hour staffing, but arriving late (after 6:30 PM) we were able to access our room without a problem, and on the last day we could leave our luggage after check-out to collect later. Aleksandra and her team were lovely and very helpful & welcoming.

Wife and I spent three (3) wonderful nights here prior to embarking on a 20-night cruise in the Med. The property is very close and easy to get to from the nearby Vaporetto (water taxi) stop at Riva di Biasio. Literally get off the taxi, take a left, walk a few meters, take a right down Calle Zen, walk a few more meters down the alleyway and it is on the right. Property is clean, comfortable, and convenient. And the service was OUTSTANDING! We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in our room on the cart they wheeled in. The elevator to get there was easy to use. Our room did NOT have a direct view of the canal, but we could see it from a common area. We loved just walking around the area near us, finding restaurants and a good grocery store (where I bought wine and beer and Grappa!). Being so close to the water taxi meant we could just get on and off wherever and whenever we wanted. We jumped on the taxi on a Sunday morning to go to church at St. Marks and spent 90 minutes inside the magnificent cathedral with a couple hundred worshippers. We bought the VENEZIA UNICA CITY PASS for 3 days transport and pre-paid entry into 3 museums plus 7 public water closet (toilet) admissions. Recommend this. Strongly recommend this property!

Just come back from a 3 night break in Venice staying here. The place is amazingly located, quiet but very central to the main areas including Rialto. The room itself was perfect for what we required with a comfy bed, and had an amazing shower. The only small negative was the room was quite warm and stuffy and slightly dark as no outlook only onto a wall of the building opposite. But it was quiet and peaceful considering so close to Main Street from station. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay extra for this. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great stay thank you x

우리는 베니스에서 놀라운 3일간의 숙박을 보냈으며 가장 오래 지속되는 추억은 Locanda Leon Biance에서의 숙박일 것이라고 솔직하게 말할 수 있습니다. 우리는 대운하의 놀라운 전망과 위치를 갖춘 스위트룸에 더 가깝다고 설명할 “아파트”를 예약하게 된 행운을 누렸습니다. 완비된 주방, 거실/식사 공간, 침실 2개(커튼으로 구분됨)를 갖춘 우리 3인 가족이 사용하기에는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 넓었습니다. 역사와 현대를 동시에 느낄 수 있었습니다. 하지만 진짜 하이라이트는 바로 전망이었습니다. 우리는 거기에 몇 시간 동안 앉아 와인(또는 아침에 커피)을 마시며 운하의 보트 교통을 지켜볼 수 있었습니다. 특히 저녁에는 매혹적이었습니다. 우리 개인 부두에서 직접 내려주고 픽업하는 것도 훌륭했습니다. 위치도 완벽했습니다. 모든 것에 가까웠지만 대중에게는 숨겨져 있었고, 짧고 좁은 골목길을 따라 주요 도로 바로 옆에 있었습니다. 도보로 몇 분 거리에 수많은 레스토랑, ATM, 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 리알토 다리까지 5분, 산 마르코 광장까지 10분 거리입니다. 기차역까지 조금 더. 직원들은 많은 관광객들로부터 떨어진 레스토랑을 추천(및 예약)하고 곤돌라 타기를 준비하는 데(그리고 우리에게 프로세코를 제공하는 데) 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 또한 공항에서 기차역까지의 교통편을 마련해 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 기본적이었지만 매일 아침 맛있었습니다. 우리가 가장 크고 가장 좋은 방에 있었던 것이 운이 좋았기 때문에 다른 방에 대해 말할 수는 없습니다. Truly amazing hotel in a great area. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a map of the area and explaining it too. the location is great, far enough away from San Marco to beat the huge tourist crowds, and so full of character and friendly locals. The room we stayed in was dated but the perfect vibe for Venice. Very clean, bed was SO comfortable (I slept great every night), air con is perfect, plus the room also comes with a hairdryer (old but useable) which was useful and not listed anywhere when booking. Tourist tax was paid at checkout rather than check in. We would definitely stay here again.
