Hotel com excelentes instalações. O sítio perfeito para aproveitar o bom tempo do Algarve. Próximo de uma praia fantástica. O pacote de escolhi foi de alojamento e pequeno almoço. O único ponto fraco foi mesmo a qualidade do produtos no pequeno almoço. Os sumos são de pouquíssima qualidade, mini pastelaria quase inexistente e wafles muitos más. O mesmo se repete ao jantar. Decidimos jantar no hotel e o buffet é muito pobre e sem qualidade. Não sei se está relacionado com os pacotes all inclusive que maioria dos hóspedes tem, mas acho que é um ponto a melhorar para a satisfação dos clientes. Adoramos na mesma, mas sem dúvida que caso volte, farei as refeições fora do hotel.

Friendly, if regimented, check in. Hired wi-fi router on the second day, €20 deposit, and €1.00 per day. All but one of the staff were friendly - perhaps she would be better suited behind the scenes rather than at breakfast. Breakfast quality was good. The bar was good, and so were the staff. Our studio was located up some very steep, short tread steps, I was scared going up and scared coming down from our accommodation. The bathroom stank, there was no ventilation, and it shared a wall with the bathroom of the studio immediately behind us. Pathways cracked, broken, and potentially dangerous. We couldn't work out when the cleaners would turn up or what they were supposed to do, I cleaned up myself as they were so inconsistent. When the cleaners did show up, it was for three minutes, three times in a week. Overall, this outdated accommodation could be lovely if someone spent some money on painting the buildings, mending the pathways, and assigning the cleaners to do a better job.

We loved Golden Club Cabanas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, our room overlooked the lagoon so the view was beautiful especially sunset and sunrise with the pink skies. The room had everything we needed maybe could do with a teaspoon and knife but not an issue. There was lots of choice of food at every meal time and food was very tasty. The drinks in the restaurant and bar were great and served actual Coke, Sprite and Fanta, the cocktails were great not too sweet and not made with just syrup like other AI resorts. Staff were helpful and friendly. My son is 12 so was slightly too old for the kids club and animation team but if you have younger children it's ideal. The surrounding area is stunning. The private boat to the beach is always back and to so you never have to wait more than a few minutes, the beach is amazing, we could have stayed forever. I can not fault this resort, I read some bad reviews, it is like they are talking about a different place. We stayed 4 nights, wish it was longer. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
