Check - in was very pleasant. When I left the office, I had the feeling it was a good choice for a quick sleep. (We were campers between camp sites.) I have really struggled with posting this, but here is the truth. Nothing was really bad except the cleanliness; and then I was told a story about the stove not being cleanable and as it was ground floor, the dirt just gets in. Right... Here's the picture of the stove. And here's a picture of the bottom of my foot. We had reservations, but didn't get in until about 7 or 8:00, and we just weren't going to switch at this point. Very disappointed. I really hate giving poor reviews.

내가 가장 먼저 알아차린 것은 우리가 체크인하러 갔을 때 로비 문이 얼마나 더러운지였습니다. 결국 방의 상태를 나타냅니다. 바닥은 더럽고 (욕실 바닥 전체에 ***** 머리카락) 거칠었습니다. 목욕 매트에는 검은 발자국이 있었고 샤워 커튼은 더러웠습니다. 싱크대 옆의 손수건에는 갈색 얼룩/얼룩이 있었고 시트에는 담배 구멍이 타버렸습니다. 수건에서 끔찍한 냄새가 났습니다. 또한 다른 손님들은 발코니에서 큰 소리로 소리를 지르며 밤새도록 우리를 방해했습니다. 우리 중 누구도 전혀 잤다. 아침 식사의 우유는 우유에 갈색 커피 소용돌이를 일으킨 오래된 커피 카라페에서 제공되었습니다. 나는 그것이 간신히 거기에 있었기 때문에 ”아침 식사”라고 가볍게 말합니다. 우리는 $ 50 보증금을 지불했고 오늘날까지 침대가 만들어지지 않은 것 외에는 방을 떠났음에도 불구하고 여전히 그것을 받지 못했습니다. 나는이 장소를 다시는 사용하지 않을 것이며 Wyndham이라는 이름으로 다른 곳을 사용하지 않을 것입니다.

Stay at at Red Roof Inn if you like the smell of URINE, PEELING paint, AC/Heat units that keep you up all night and homeless playing music all night at the Sonic next door. Oh, don't worry about a wake up call, the city garbage truck visits the sonic first thing in the morning.

Great experience. All staff was amazing and friendly. Special thanks to the lady who checked me in for my stay. Hotel was booked because of game and family visitation weekend, but she made my room request work. Breakfast was great. I will return. The hotel was quiet, bed was very comfortable, and it was clean. I recommend the hotel and will stay again. Just 2 cons: First con: internet was not good, but I used my phone as a hotspot, so problem solved. Second con: no housekeeping service. I know hotels cut back on housekeeping service when Covid occurred and also environmental factors. However, I was there 3 nights and had to track down my towels. I did speak with the front desk and they put the request in and I watched her write my room number down for housekeeping service. She did everything right, so the problem needs to go to the housekeeping manager. I think one night of housekeeping was sufficient for my stay and I didn’t get it. I still left a $20 tip because the room would be cleaned on my departure, but I wasn’t happy about it.
