This is our favorite hotel to stay in when we visit Orange Beach. The rooms are excellent and the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The pool is very nice and of course you step out the back and you're right there on the beach. Lounge chairs are available around the pool and the rear patio area. You just can't ask for much more in terms of comfort and beach enjoyment. The breakfast is exceptional with personal omelets prepared for you, along with waffles, breakfast sandwiches, etc. You won't be disappointed at this hotel. Thanks Folks!!!

The staff here are amazing, friendly, helpful, courteous, and all lead by example. Regardless if you passed a housekeeper or someone serving the breakfast, everyone spoke to you and genuinely seemed to care. The front desk was always well staffed, helpful, remember names, offered suggestions and went above and beyond the service often offered at full service Marriot's. It is obvious that leadership takes care of their team and their team takes care of the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for their staff, cleanliness, location, pricing, service, and the excellent complimentary breakfast daily.

Loved everything! The room was very nice, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very nice. They had all the amenities in the room and bathroom. The hotel was just beautiful. Grounds were so pretty, The elevators were nice too! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurants, to the souvenir shop. The pool area was awesome and so nice! The bar was fantastic, from service to drinks. I had the frozen ones. They were so good! I ate at the Splash grill bar next to it. The food was so good! I cannot wait to go back! The beach was so beautiful and renting chairs and umbrellas was affordable and the service was awesome!

I'd give this place zero stars if given the opportunity. Where to begin... My family and I checked in yesterday night and asked for 2 nights. The dude at the desk said that was good and booked us for 2 nights, so we thought. We were never given a receipt nor took my Bonvoy account #. He said that the account # wasn't needed and wouldn't give me a discount. The next day, we received a call from the front desk at 8:30 PM asking us to leave. We told the lady at the front desk that we were there for 2 nights. They couldn't move us to another room due to being sold out. No accommodations were made for their error and as a result we had to find another hotel room. How can you possibly book someone in a room that wasn't cleaned?! The only thing good about this place is the lake view in the back.

We arrived in Orange Beach one night early so we stayed the night here while waiting to get into our condo for the rest of the vacay. We were pleasantly surprised with this Hampton Inn. The hotel is beachfront and it is a nice beach. The hotel has a nice size pool as well. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was good and the staff were polite. We have no complaints at all.
