하룻밤 휴가를 위해 여기에 왔고 이곳은 굉장합니다. 말 그대로 El coqui BOMB Evans kitchen BOMB cantina BOMB와 같은 최고의 레스토랑까지 도보로 2분이 소요됩니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고 객실은 아치형 천장이 있는 큽니다. 숙박에 매우 만족합니다

많은 장소가 고객 서비스 문제가 있지만 플라밍고는 훌륭했습니다. 우리가 도움이 필요할 때 프론트 데스크는 우습게 도움을 주었고 아침 식사 주문이 제대로 작동하지 않을 때, 봉사하는 신사는 친절하게 죽이기 위해 스스로 가져갔습니다. 인류가 번영하는 것을 보는 것을 좋아합니다 ...이 바보 같은 전염병 동안조차. 긍정적 인 분위기의 플레밍고에 감사드립니다!

Don’t listen to those old reviews. This place is totally renovated and the rooms feel brand new. Nice touches like a sliding barn door for the bathroom door, A larger TV, full length mirror, USB plug-ins at the base of the lamps, large showers, etc. Everything is modern and updated. On top of that the front desk staff are very helpful And friendly. They have done an amazing job at turning this Travelodge into a Wonderful place to stay.

Visiting family and wanted to stay in Sonoma. Everything was so expensive, I found this BW in Santa Rosa. I used points to get a cheaper rate. Joel looks like it was a very nice motel back in the day. Larger than expected. Our room was in the back, and was clean and updated. It was fine for our overnight stay. Room had a smell when we walked in and had to open slider for fresh air. We discovered a little potion that overlooks pool. I was disappointed we hadn’t arrived earlier so we could sit out there. There were two lotion bottles, and one was half empty. Must of been left from previous guest. That kind of upset my husband.

Booked here last minute when we were not able to stay with family as planned. All the staff were extremely helpful and empathetic - we ended up really enjoying our stay here, even though it started as an emergency back-up plan. After a 12 hour flight and 2+ hour bus ride from SFO, the hotel shuttle picked us up at Sonoma Cty airport (driver Carlos was prompt and helpful with the bags). We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and would like to praise her for her empathy and care. We were very tired and stressed out and she made us feel calm and welcome. The manager Erin was also extra helpful during our stay, asking if there was anything she could do to help us out. Our 3rd floor room was quiet and spacious. Although the decor is a little bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained. We slept well and were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered a nice breakfast (thanks also to the attentive breakfast attendant and friendly chef who were pleasant even at 6:30am), with either a buffet or cooked-to-order options. The food was above our expectations and there was plenty to choose from. They also offer lunch, dinner and drinks which is handy as there is not too much in the immediate area. There's also a convenience shop on premises for snacks as well as a free coffee/tea station. The area is quiet (office park and movie theater next door) and we didn't hear any noise from the airport. The free parking is well-lit and directly in front of the hotel. We didn't have a car for the first couple of days, but were able to get into downtown Santa Rosa using the SMART train. The station is only about 10 mins walk away and it's very cheap and convenient to get to Santa Rosa or Petaluma among other places. We really appreciated being able to get around without a car and were happy to have SMART as an option. Other plus points at this hotel are the well-equipped business center with printers, which helped us with the reorganization of our disrupted trip. There's also an indoor pool and a small but nice gym. It's really a full service hotel with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. Finally, I really would like to once again commend the staff - everyone we dealt with at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated this!! Thanks and keep up the good work!

베스트웨스턴 ”플러스”는 큰 실망이었습니다. 호텔은 피곤하고 고객을 포함하여 가장자리를 매우 거칠게합니다. 우리가 방을 떠날 때마다 또는 방으로 돌아갈 때마다 우리는 우리 방 근처의 발코니 ”복도”에서 담배를 피우거나 마리화나를 흡수하는 사람들이 인사했습니다. 가족 친화적이지 않았습니다. 여자들이 지나갈 때, 수영장 근처 안뜰에 앉아있는 남자들은 욕을 퍼붓고 있었습니다. 많은 객실이 작지만 잘 보관된 안뜰과 작은 수영장(호텔 프로모션 사진으로 더 크게 보이도록 각도에서 찍은)의 멋진 전망을 가지고 있는 것 같으나, 저희는 앞 건물 뒤쪽에 콘크리트 벽을 보고 있었습니다. 방은 깨끗했지만 옷장 문이 깨졌고 차가운 물이 따뜻했고 욕실 콘센트는 헤어 드라이어 플러그를 잡지 않았으며 사용했을 때 계속 떨어졌습니다. 침대는 편안했고 호텔은 고속도로 근처에 있지만 조용 할 것 같았지만 이웃과 큰 AC는 휴식을 취하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 감사하며 전형적인 무료 호텔 조식 요금입니다. 프론트 직원은 전혀 도움이되지 않았습니다. 직원을 맡고있는 두 명의 매우 어린 아이들은 기본적인 질문 (아침 식사 시간이 얼마인지와 같은)조차 대답 할 수 없었습니다. 무례하지 않고 도움이되지 않습니다. 객실 요금은 우리가 경험 한 것에 비해 너무 비쌌습니다. $ 300/night에 더 가깝게 기대했습니다. 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.
