Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊 Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊 Will be back again

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. Comfortable and very clean. Breakfast delicious and very filling. Rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable beds. Toilet and shower facilities ensuite and very clean. The owners Beverley and Eddie are very helpful and will go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. On arrival after a long journey we were shown to our rooms which had teas coffee facilities also a mini fridge with fresh milk and bottled water. There is a flat screen tv in each room and wifi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any families thinking about going to Blackpool. It's within walking distance of all the attractions

Arrived early to a cheerful greeting from owner Tony.. space made straight away in the free spaces in front of the hotel for our car… Checked in by the daughter in law (sorry forgot your name).. Tony returned , asked our names which he never forgot the whole of our stay..(nice gesture) & showed us to our room which was clean,compact & comfortable… We were ready to go out for the evening & it was absolutely pouring down . Tony’s son (Jay I think?)kindly offered to ring for a taxi for us & it arrived in minutes. (No just pointing numbers out on the notice board) Bed was really comfortable,no springs poking through haha & we slept really well. The whole hotel was beautiful & warm the whole of our stay.. Breakfast was spot on. Cooked to perfection & plenty of it. John asked for a drink of water with his & the second day there was another glass of water on the table ready for him (so thoughtful).. We came here as strangers & really felt like family when we left.. Thank you all for your hospitality,friendliness & a fun filled visit.. We will definitely be back in the future..

On arrival, we was greeted by a gentleman that was very welcoming. He showed us to are room. On entering the room we noticed a very impressive complimentary condiments drinks and snacks which were available to us, with two bottles of water which we was happy about. After settling in our room we had a knock on the door. A lovely woman gifted my to children a family pack, which contained colouring booklets, sweets and playing cards. I was really impressed with this and my children was to. I also was impressed by the little packs that was left in the bathroom, (a sewing kit, dental floss pack, and a shower cap. When it came to going to sleep, the pillows and beds were extremely comfortable and we had a good sleep. Thank you.

Booked this as cheap get away for a couple of nights. Ideal location short walk to town. Clean and tidy. Friendly welcoming staff. Was very helpful on Intial bookings with fast responses.travel cot was provide upon asking. Nice little bar down stairs with pool table which son enjoyed. Shared bathroom, has sink in bedroom with mirror and tea/coffe facilities. No breakfast or food facilities available however booking does state this as under renovation which did not affect stay. Can be noisy on the night specially with bar over road. Was hot in the room however u able to keep window open due to noise from bar. Bonus free parking available which saves alot of hassle.

Stayed here for the second time with my friend. First time was great, second time even better! We were allocated a lovely twin room, clean and modern. It was the nicest room we’ve stayed in, in Blackpool. Sue the Manager was great. She was very welcoming and carried our suitcases up to the room for us (and us girls don’t travel light!). She found us extra hangers when we asked for some. Nothing was too much trouble. She even found us a little mini fridge as we’d bought some milk with us which we needed to keep cool and to top that she knocked on our day the next day with a brand new mini fridge for the room! It really was 5 star customer service and we will definitely stay here again

머물기에 정말 좋은 곳 나는 매우 사적인 사람에게 결코 귀찮게하지 않았습니다. 방에서 약간 춥지만 나에게는 큰 문제는 아닙니다. preston의 모든 것에 가깝습니다.

Phil's hospitality and laid back friendliness was outstanding. Great take away breakfast when I asked for it. Room comfortable clean and well presented, and great value for money. He is open to feedback on ways to improve the hotel and focused on making it a relaxed welcoming place.
