Most things about this apartment are great - easy access, right next to a supermarket, clean and spacious room. Nice communal area and kitchen with breakfast food and coffee machine. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. Was notified that housekeeping is every 4 days. Easy 10 minutes on the bus from Leicester station/city centre. I would recommend bringing noise-cancelling headphones if you are a light sleeper. It is next to a busy road and the walls are VERY thin. I was kept up on several nights by the person in the next room snoring, shouting over the phone at 6am, and listening to loud music throughout the night. Not the hotel’s fault and hopefully not a fixture, but given the other reviews, bring headphones!

Went to a Christmas party with friends was one of their shared party nights. Venue looked amazing from outside as we approached the House very festive indeed. Loved the Christmas decorations inside too. This is was our 3rd Christmas party here, as we tend to book one every year. Disappointed with the stilt walkers! Every year we come to the venue and it looks different each year, but the stilt walkers are there each year and this year not sure what theme or what they are suppose to be but they look ridiculous for photos outdoors and indoors. They are there when we approach the venue, they were in the way when we were mingling inside forcing us to take pictures with them, then again while we were sat down at our table, again they walking around making unnecessary fuss and noise. WINSTANLEY - You really need to rethink the stilt walkers for next year as you seem to have them for all occaisons! The event coordinators who greeted us into the venue could have somewhat be smartened up. Shabby blazers, hair and no makeup, thought there would be a standard considering the type of hotel this is. On the otherhand the reception desk staff were lovely and very welcoming and smart (maybe the event coordinators could take a leaf out their book on customer interaction and self care). Drinks and food was lovely - alot better then previous year. Food service was great and fast to our table. We were served by a blonde lady think her name was Kelly very attentive. The decor inside looked AMAZING as it did the year before too love seeing the different themes each year! DJ Entertainment was ok not bad and not the best either. Would be lovely to have a live band something different considering the ticket price we paid along with additional drinks package. Also would be lovely for some sort of live entertainment rather then the pointless stiltwalkers indoors too - the 4 tables around us also were fed up of the stilt walkers such early into the night!. Overall great night with laughs and giggles would recommend anyone booking venue for Christmas party with friends or work collegues - minus the STILT WALKERS !

Re Hotel provided for “a national company” the accommodation was unsafe, unfinished and unfit for purpose. To be clear; I have been in the construction industry for 33 years and I am currently the service delivery manager of 16 years with this company, accountable for the Responsive Repairs, maintenance and Voids properties for “a national housing provider”and “a national company” fire compliance work through our other FRA departments & Fire Safety work across the country. The hotel in question Blaby Westfield House Hotel is truly an appalling hotel provided by Agiito web site options. On entering the car park, the front entrance windows blinds were hanging down off the windows, after I parked, the reception was to the side of the building. On entering the reception, I could smell and feel the dust in the air. There were patches of bare plaster on the walls where the walls had been repaired, I understand thing need repairing so I walk to reception and gave my reservation. I was greeted by the reception person who took my reservation and informed there was no breakfast as the chief was on holiday (I was informed at the time of booking there was no breakfast) therefore I asked is the chief back next week? to which the recreationist stated, ”we don’t know he has been gone a long time”. So now I am thinking what?? I continued my booking and received room number 102 which is situated in the main house building above the front entrance. After walking up and around several corridors through several fire doors which I guarantee are not certified under fire regulations (I am fully versed in the requirements for fire doors and fire safety of buildings). As I walked to my room again around another small corridor the hard-wired fire alarm had a yellow empty tile grouting bucket on the floor as I focused on the bucket, I then realised water was running into the bucket as I looked up it was running out of the fire alarm sensor into the bucket!!! I returned downstairs and informed the receptionist who said, ” Yes it’s the water tank in the loft is leaking the man was meant to fix it last week but it’s still leak, and he hasn't returned yet.” Therefore, there has been no working fire alarm at this hotel for over a week!!! Another breach of Fire Regulations and hotel safety regulations. I asked so when is the Fire Alarms going to be fixed? and the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and stated “I don’t know”!!! The appalling condition and false advertising of this hotel doesn't stop at the complete failure of all Hotel fire Safety Regulations. I was sent to the bar while the receptionist went to get what I can only assume was the manager, I was asked could I go down the ground floor corridor to the bar / restraint area. I walked down the corridor as requested to find myself in the front reception bar/restaurant area, yes where the blind are hanging off the windows, once on the inside looked like a building site!!! 호텔 주인으로서 나는 다른 곳에 머무를 때 항상 회의적입니다. 라마다 앙코르는 흠이 없었습니다. 침대는 편안했고 샤워는 큰 수압으로 사랑 스러웠습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 매끄럽고, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 늦은 체크인과 나중에 체크 아웃 요청에 관해서 수용했습니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 평균 사람에게는 훌륭했지만 저렴한 카브를 먹는 사람으로서 제한적 이었지만 지불했을 때 이것을 알고 있었지만 뷔페에서 많은 음식을 이용할 수있었습니다. 술 취한 사람들이 거리를 지나가는 약간의 소음이 있었지만 금요일 밤 이었으므로 호텔의 잘못이 아니었고 오래 지속되지 않았습니다. 실내 소음은 없습니다. 전반적으로, 나는 내 체류에 매우 만족하고 돈을 위해 큰 가치입니다.
