Nestled at the top of the hill overlooking the Dal Lake. Amazing experience right from check in to check out. Restaurant at the hotel Jade Dragon - food was delicious. Breakfast spread - vegetarian was superb. Room was large and spacious ***** with bathroom. Staff was courteous, warm and welcoming. Bhavyansh at Jade Dragon was very helpful and gave some good recommendations.

I would have given this houseboat ten star if possible, we lost our wallet in room while exiting the place but after some while got the call from manager about the wallet then I realized my mistake, we came back and got our wallet back, bestest houseboat in dal lake perfect rooms with superb carpet, all luxurious amenities was provided including mineral water and AC in the houseboat.

멋진 위치, 우리는 매우 따뜻하게 환영 받았고 차는 차가워 비가 내렸을 때 중요하게 주차 된 대리인이었습니다. 체크인 절차가 완료되는 동안 따뜻한 음료와 편안한 장소를 제공 받았습니다. 추가 비용없이 업그레이드 된 객실을 제공 받기 전에 음료를 마칠 시간조차 없었습니다. 와우! 방은 넓고 아름답게 옷을 입었고 우리는 가장 멋진 전망을 가진 우리 자신의 개인 발코니를 보여 주었고 이것은 또한 매우 멋지게 가구가되었습니다. 호텔은 비싸기 때문에 모든 것이 우리가 희망하고 기대했던 것 이었지만 우리가 지불 한 것을 정확하게 받았습니다. 모든 직원은 세심하고 친절하며 도움이되었습니다. 불행히도 판데믹은 모든 사람에게 영향을 미쳤으며이 호텔은 이러한 어려운시기를 살아남기 위해 최선을 다해야했습니다. 스파의 시설은 비용을 절감하기 위해 줄어들었지만 우리가 그것을 사용할 때 장소는 따뜻했고 치료는 우리가 만족 이상을 보장하기 위해 강화되었습니다. 고급스러운 값이 비싸고 우리는 정말로 호의를 즐겼다! !! 내가 말할 수있는 것은이 호텔과 손님의 대우가 당신이 지불해야하는 가격에 기대할 수있는 모든 것입니다. 우리가 무제한의 돈을 가지고 있다면 우리는 카슈미르를 방문 할 때만 여기에 머물 것입니다. 여기서 가족을 방문하더라도 정원을 즐기고 건물과 분위기를 존경하기 위해 호텔을 자주 방문합니다. 우리는이 방문에 1 페니를 쓰지 않을 수도 있지만 직원의 치료는 항상 우리가이 방문에서 경험 한 것과 동일했습니다. 이 호텔을 설명하는 한 단어.

It’s a very quaint and peaceful houseboat with all the basic amenities well provided for . We stayed here for few days during the time which it both rained and was sunny and both the times it was a wonderful memorable experience with the views of the lake being exquisite in both the rainy and sunny days . The houseboat is located on the banks of the nageen lake and is accessible via a cute public garden . Best thing about this place is easy accessiblity to land as you don’t need to hire a boat everytime you want to commute as it’s right on the banks . If anyone wants a Shikara ride it can be arranged easily with the boat coming for pick up right at the main deck / balcony . The houseboat is big with spacious living room .. dining .. and 2 bedrooms with attached bath . A big family can comfortably stay here . We occupied one room which can easily accommodate 3 people and its windows directly opened on the lake which was really scenic. You can even sit out on the roof or the deck and enjoy the scenery . As far as the hospitality is concerned it is so warm and welcoming..everyone made us feel like family and took care of all our needs. And we had both breakfast and dinner at the boat and the dinners were impeccable with the taste still lingering on in memory. All in all it was a memorable stay with no complaints and I would personally thank all the hosts and owners for making our stay such a pleasure.

Really very nice hotel with great ambiance and perfect staff...they helped us in each and every manner although there was minor issues with room but they changed our room same day. We stayed on first floor it was really nice staying there and food was very delicious however buffet was not vast but it was simple and yummy like veg noodles,poha,prantha,curd,tea, coffee,milk,cornflakes,boiled egg.... Thanks a lot for that much great services...See you in winters... as Kashmir is a place to visit twice and should take fun of both weathers...
