I stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

Despite reading some negative reviews from previous years, I had a great experience staying here! Inside was clean, simple, and comfortable. I was in a room of 4 with a private bathroom. Staff were generous and kind. I was able to leave my bags here the day I checked out and came back to collect them in the afternoon. Great location in the city, and felt safe here (there was a homeless encampment in the park but they keep to themselves). Would definitely recommend it and stay again!

The shower is to die for.the location couldn’t be better it’s only a 6 min drive to Niagara Falls.we enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days.Only thing was that it was advertised that they had continental breakfast but they did not have it everyday.They said only on weekends

A very well-run hostel in an excellent location for anyone interested in exploring downtown Ottawa. The staff were all friendly, and I enjoyed the tour in the morning. I stayed for one night in a women only dorm. The wifi was good. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very nice. The dining area had a nice little lounge section with a few board games. They're currently part way through renovations, so if I need to stay a night or two in Ottawa again I might try out sleeping in one of the cells!

They gave the pre-paid room to another guest and then hoped that I would be ok with staying at another address. Not safe, very sketchy. The waiting room, entrance and hallways were filthy. I waited for hours for the owner to show up to find a solution. She never showed or called. I was with my son and he didn't feel safe there, so we had to find other accommodation. Still waiting for a refund for not honouring the pre-paid room.

It was especially frustrating that staff was aware of these issues but failed to inform guests in advance. This lack of communication is highly inconvenient and shows a lack of consideration for all guests. Refund Refusal: Despite the significant inconvenience caused by the water issues, I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was told to ”wait patiently” for the water to resume in 4 hours. This response was inadequate and added to the frustration of an already unpleasant situation. I am very disappointed with the service I received and the overall management of the motel. I strongly advise against staying at this motel. There are many other good and affordable options nearby that offer better service and amenities.

Second time at the Super 8 Brockville. Clean room and nice reception staff. Breakfast was great. No issues.

Check in was fine, room was clean. However, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned, bed made or towels refreshed, the towels never dried thoroughly. We asked why our room was not done and was told they only do it every other day! Well it wasn’t done on the 3rd day either. Breakfast area was dirty, waffle mix all over county, pastries dry and stale and there was no one attending to keep surfaces clean. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in town.

유스호스텔 같지만 유스호스텔은 아니다. 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 차이나타운 바로 옆에 있고, 토론토 대학교, 이토 대학교 등에서 멀지 않고 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 서비스도 좋고, 냉장고와 전자렌지도 있고, 독립된 공간이 있고, 심플하지만 시설이 완비되어 있고, 사장님이 오히려 교활하시고, 열흘 넘게 보관해둔 가방도 있고, 50캐나다 달러를 청구했는데, 사실 나보다 늦은 세탁실에 쌓여있는 LA호텔도 보관비 비싸지만 별급호텔이다. 30 캐나다 달러가 더 합리적이라면. 일반적으로 권장되는 것은 근처에 맛있는 광동식 레스토랑이 많고 야채 시장도 있습니다.

Good place near a lot of local locations. Recommended. Front door is hard to find, only has a white piece of paper on it indicating the name of the inn. Staff is helpful and let us leave our bags in the office early before checking in. Some minor technical difficulties with the room door but overall not a big problem. Wifi sometimes a tiny bit slow but functional. Didn’t manage to take a photo of the room, but online it said it had a stove but there was no stove in the actual room.

Went for the long weekend and were charged almost $1000 for 3 nights. The place isn’t bad, it’s just not worth that kind of over charge. If you want a nice cheap place to stay this is it. However don’t pay more than $70 a night or you will be disappointed. If you want to pay what we did, go to a premium hotel.

We booked at the very last minute for 1 night. It was the cheapest option in Niagara Falls on a Saturday night. It was clean, quiet, staff very polite. Cars are charged $10 for parking. No pool, despite pictures. Downside... beds squeaky and saggy. A/c worked well as did min fridge. Very basic. Close to Clifton Hill/Lundts Lane/LCBO.

First off, I liked this place. A 5* joint it isn't but then again they do not charge 5* prices. General... Yes, it is a bit jaded and could do with some TLC. In the room it had a fridge & microwave (great for making hot coffee to start the day). 2 Queen beds. A bit soft but comfortable. Clean bedding. 4 towels & 2 facecloths + soap & shampoo. The shower ran nice and hot. Plenty of sockets for your electricals. WEGO bus about 600 metres away. Small supermarket 600 metres away to the left too. TGI Friday, Pizza place, Applebees & other eateries all 400 metres to 1 K.M. away. A rack of info leaflets + a map in reception. The not so good... The TV is a bit dated with few channels. The overall decor was reasonable but needs some TLC. The windows need either net curtains / blinds or some tinting so you can open the curtains and retain some privacy. Though clean, the bathroom also needs some TLC. A small table and 2 basic chairs outside to sit and smoke if you wish that overlooks the car park. The view will not take your breath away but that can be said for many places. The staff... Suman deserves a special mention. She was great. A very helpful lady. Cheerful too. If I had queries or needed something she was happy to help if she could. The other receptionist might smile but was nowhere near as hospitable and helpful - not something you need when on a first visit, to be honest. Generally friendly and polite other staff. For the naysayers I see moaning about this place, I'd say to them, spend more and go stay at the Hilton or similar. LOL. This is a place to sleep, shower, have a coffee or 3 and serves that function quite well.
