위치는 편리하지만 직원의 태도가 별로 좋지 않습니다. 아침 10시 체크아웃 전(체크아웃 시간은 11시였습니다) 직원이 문을 두드렸습니다. 체크인을 해보니 오후에 싱크대에서 아직 버리지 않은 중고 플라스틱 병을 발견했습니다.

I had a very nice stay at the NH Dusseldorf City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel is located withing a 15 minute walk from the train station with a subway station conveniently located very near by. My room was cleaned and well maintained. The wifi was quite good. I recommend the NH Dusseldorf City

Hello, I booked this hotel for one night with my husband and 1 year old daughter on 20/12/2023. We arrived promptly at check-in time due to my toddler desperately needing a nap. We were faced with a very unwelcoming receptionist who took the utmost pleasure in informing us that we were not allowed to check-in to our hotel room because we didn't add our baby to the reservation. She insisted that we had to book ANOTHER hotel room so that my baby was on a reservation as well so that there wouldn't be more than 2 people in one room. She informed us that it was impossible for all 3 of us were not able to stay in the same room if we only had one reservation. I have travelled to over 25 countries, stayed in literally hundreds of different accommodations and not once have I ever had this said to me. Every hotel that is adults only clearly states it on their website. I always check this and have never had any issues like the one I faced here. I asked if this happens often and she said yes, unfortunately just last week they had the same issue, so I suspect this is a recurring issue at the hotel. The receptionist's first explanation for having to book two rooms was due to a safety policy that states only two people could be in a room due to ”fire regulations,” a law that prevents them from going over maximum capacity in the case of a fire. So then I explained to her that there must be a mistake on behalf of the hotel, as the room lists a baby bed as an amenity directly on the hotel's website for the room we booked. She then proceeded to say that actually, children were not allowed at the hotel, and it clearly states that in the terms and conditions of our booking. So wait.. a baby bed is offered as an amenity directly on the hotel's website and room we booked but children are not allowed at the hotel? First the issue was that we did not book 2 rooms and then once she realized that there was an error on the hotel's website she changed the story to children not being allowed all together? Which is it? Regardless, there was a clear mistake on behalf of the hotel but instead she kept insisting that it was MY fault, even though there was NO indication on the website that babies were not allowed. It turns out that AFTER guests (we) pay a NON-REFUNDABLE booking, the terms and conditions inform us that no children are allowed. It was literally impossible to know this beforehand! Why would I book a hotel room that doesn't allow children if I have one? After being yelled at in front of other guests with my toddler in my arms, I made the decision to just check-in and take my daughter up to the room for her nap. My husband was forced to wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours until the receptionist could speak with the manager, who actually never showed up even though I requested to speak to him/her. Eventually the message was relayed through the receptionist that they would allow us to sleep together and this would be a very special exception to their policy. We

방은 꽤 크지만 매우 기본적입니다. 필요한 것이 있으면 1층 프런트로 가야 하는데, 가격이 비싸고 가격도 비싸요. 여행이 길어서 9일 숙박까지 예약했는데 일정 변경으로 인해 미리 체크아웃을 신청했는데 호텔에서는 씨트립에서만 연락을 안 받아요. 앞으로는 여러 날 예약하지 마세요. 연속 숙박은 하루 예약보다 훨씬 비싸고 빅데이터가 사람들을 강탈하고 있습니다.

After a ten minute walk from the station in the sweltering heat I took a right and left and saw the hotel in front of. Walking in felt a little different to other hotels, it felt relaxed, almost like walking into somebody’s home. I was greeted by two ladies speaking impeccable English (my German is zero ☹ ) and the check in was polite, friendly, quick and easy. I caught the elevator to the second floor to find a room decorated in an retro, industrial style, a large comfy bed and plenty of lamps and plugs. There was also a record player and a selection of records but I didn’t get the chance to play them. The bathroom was black and white tiles and continued the retro feel. After a quick shower to cool down and a lie down with the fan pointing at me, there is no air con, there is a ceiling fan but I’m not sure how it works but there is a stand-along fan which was very much appreciated. As I left to head to the old town, the receptionist remembered my name as she said, “have a good evening.” It took me around 10-15 minutes to walk to the old town (I don’t walk particularly fast and it was very hot.) I got back to the hotel just before midnight and was warmly welcomed again. I ordered a large beer and took it to my room. I was too lazy to go for breakfast so I can’t comment on how good or bad it was. I did get a good quality coffee for €3 as I left the hotel. I was out all day Saturday but I returned around 10.30 in the evening. I had a couple of beers at the bar and headed to bed. Sunday morning, I was too lazy again to make breakfast and checked out at 11:30, this time I had a coffee sat at the bar/reception. This a lovely, friendly hotel and I have no problem in recommend it to other people and I will certainly stay here again if I stay in Dusseldorf.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is close to the airport and has an excellent transport link into Dusseldorf just outside the hotel. Having stayed many times we would never consider looking elsewhere. They have a lovely bar to relax in when you get back from all the wonderful sites and shops in the City and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong if you book into this hotel.
