Therefore it does come with certain drawbacks, but remember, you are staying in a hotel which was an intringle part of Port Said history. Yes, the wooden floor does make a skewking sound but thats how an old floor is supposed to sound. Instead of complaining, appreciate the 25ft high ceiling. A very large newly painted room with an enclosed balcony. Where would you nowdays find a room with a fan and a very quiet AC. Clean bathroom. A 24” TV. I was even surprised that the hotel had a lift. All these for a mere $25 - $30 a night including breakfast. For this price, do not expect a full spread of a buffett breakfast. Location is unbeatable. The cornich is just 3 minutes of walking. Surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. Check-in was fast and was allowed an early check-in. Wi-fi works on and off near the entrance but without internet browsing. Not sure what this is but this is the message I got on my phone. For me, this hotel is Value for Money when compared to the absurd prices being charged by some of the so called resorts in Port Said.
