No Internett in room ! Room Nice new renovated. Coach no good.

More negatives than positives from me and my fiancé . The room was cleaned ONCE our entire holiday which caused an overflow of rubbish in our room . First few nights we stayed I asked for pink gin and lemonade just to be told it isn’t included when we’re ALL INCLUSIVE , if we wanted an ice cream during the day we had to pay because it wasn’t included. The pillows were so uncomfortable and hard caused me and my partner a sore neck some days . Bar staff don’t speak a word of English so they never know what you’re talking about everytime I asked for Pepsi max as a type one diabetic they give me full fat Pepsi which is a serious health risk. And on our final day we returned back to our room at 1pm with a lady waiting outside saying “look at the time u was meant to be gone an hour ago get your things and leave immediately” we were never told what time to check out . We had a few beach days which meant obviously bringing bits of sand back so the whole week our beds were filled with sand because they never cleaned it . The shower was boiling hot wouldn’t go cold in this weather was horrible . Postives were close to the beach can’t really think of anything else

No words can describe this place other than shocking ....... Room is in need of repairs as the two rooms that are on either side of us is getting there walls knocked down and repaired.. the doors to the bedroom don't shut because of the wall. Bathroom has no window so is very hot. Had to pay 20 euro for two fans .... Had people in other apartment next to us but then they got moved , without any offer to us . Bar staff Nice Restaurant staff Nice Reception staff No help what's so ever. The food was hit and miss. As there was plenty meat ,fish dishes and veg but nothing to go with them apart from chips ..... no potatoes, so the point of having the two sauces that go over canarian potatoes was pointless. Entertainment...... well I will say no more. Pools were in serious need of cleaning not once did I see anyone clean the pool and the scum that has gathered over the time . Upside!! Walking distance to shops and beach. Would not recommend , And definitely very disappointed with the lack of care they show. Overall, shabby in serious need of renovation.

Just come back from staying at this hotel ,we stayed for a week wasn't as bad as I thought it would be , room was clean the food wasn't very good so we eat out most of the time , entertainment wasn't good in the evening but other than that it was very busy plenty of people staying there ,there is allways cleaners cleaning the hotel site
