체크인 및 체크 아웃이 훌륭합니다. 직원들은 정중하고 도움이되었습니다. 이 호텔은 다음에 펜사콜라에 1 년에 2 번 머물 때 사업을 시작합니다. 직원들에게 항상 진지한 미소로 수많은 질문에 대답하십시오. 가격은 좋았습니다. 나는 보통 해군 결사에 머물며 짧은 통지로 인해 예약되었습니다. 그러나이 호텔의 요금은 더 좋았으며 시내를 더 잘 평가할 수있었습니다.

Hilton loyalist with hundreds of stays over the past decade. Stayed here on business. The property is centrally located among a wide variety of restaurants and touristy things to do. The breakfast offered is superior to a standard Hampton breakfast, just nicer touches. What I most appreciated was how great the staff was. When I checked in, I was helped by a young man named Savion, who welcomed me warmly and patiently answered my many questions. Truly thoughtful, I also had a particular request about my room, one that I've asked for many times - but Savion genuinely thought about what I asked and actually was able to to accommodate me. Another young lady with glasses the next night was quick to help get me more hot water when the dispenser ran out, even though I was interrupting her dinner. She did her job, but the difference was that she did it with good cheer. Not always guaranteed these days. The staff was consistently friendly, including the breakfast crew. The rooms themselves have some wear and tear, but the beds seem clean and plenty of space in the room. Internet seems fine. Parking may or may not be a pain.

Ok I have stayed here twice so far on my trip from Tampa to Arkansas to see Fam and LOVE them here! The hotel is an old building and needs work, they're aware and actively doing things about it. I have worked at hotels so I kind of know the process on these things. It's slow, the owners never wanna come off for repairs over profits but with enough complaints it will get fixed. There are no working elevators so if you are handicapped make sure to let them know at reservations! I forgot to the first time but the second time the hotel clerk (oh why do I forget this ladies name but she is the sweetest!) remembered me and put me on a 1st floor with sliding back doors to the room. I was able to park right outside of my room and toss my bags in from the car! The rooms are SO clean! The housekeepers are back breakers here! Smelled amazing too! This is a great budget find, I just hope the owners get on those repairs so they can actually up their rating!

Firstly The Staff, everyone was so accommodating, welcoming and If I asked for anything it was done with a smile and maximum efficiency. The housekeeping staff made me feel as if I was at a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness was top notch. Round the clock coffee, bottled water and tea. Evening snacks and beverages where a definite plus. The fountain and patio seating area was beautifully kept and clean. Proximity to all the downtown restaurants, bars and local attractions was a big plus as well. Huge shout out to the GM Mike and the night manager Justin for making our trip memorable and their recommendations were always accepted and enjoyed our stay so much more due to the local knowledge. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! First when we arrived we had problems with our fridge and since my husband needed his insulin refrigerated we got moved to a different room. The morning of checking out we were leaving before breakfast and the very nice hotel receptionist and a sweet kitchen chef Marie made sure we got hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will stay there again!

Check in was a breeze. Jorge was friendly and welcoming. Nice size rooms with a full size refrigerator, it had a microwave AND a small stove top. The rooms were clean and we would stay there again. It is also located next door to a nice Mexican restaurant that you can walk to without having to get back in the car.
