친절한 직원, 깨끗한 환경, 매우 조용함, 고속도로 옆이므로 매우 편리했습니다. 비교적 괜찮은 가격으로 머물기 위해 깨끗하고 조용한 곳이 필요한 사람에게 확실히 추천합니다.

This HomeTowne Studios is a complete disgrace to Red Roof's reputation and is easily the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. The majority of the clientele appear to be extended-stay customers, several of whom seemed to be either drunk or high. Of the guests who were not slowly meandering around the property in an intoxicated stupor, others were yelling loudly or carrying large bags of trash and laundry. We later found out that the hotel does not offer any kind of housekeeping services and guests are responsible to dispose of their own trash and do their own laundry. The check in process was unnecessarily long as both my wife and I were required to present our ID's, provide information about our car, sign an unreasonably long waiver and initial in about 15 separate spots and submit a $50 security deposit. When checking us in, the receptionist remarked, ”You two are lucky. You get one of the clean rooms.” Read into that statement as you wish. The room itself was furnished with old, outdated furniture that, despite the receptionist's assurances, did not appear to be very clean. In just the first few minutes in the room, one guest strangely lurked outside our door for several minutes while another passed by screeching an unintelligible song. The hotel felt very unsafe and my wife and I decided not to stay the night and left early. I have stayed at $20/night hostels in foreign countries and felt more at ease than I did here. This place is a disgusting dump and should not be marketing itself on ******* and other travel websites using misleading stock photos. Stay away.

We made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.

房間足夠大，周邊很安靜，萬聖節佈置的前台很有氛圍。早晨前台有咖啡可以自己來喝。酒店內熱水洗浴，浴缸有些破舊。

This is as it name AN INN, room was ok , spacious, clean and smell fresh, linens was fresh and bed was comfortable. The down side for me was they do not cater for people on vacation, just for travelers. The bathroom was small with nowhere to hang any thing, just 2 hangers provided, the bathroom door lock was broken Also the phone, I has some queries and had to be back and forth and it was raining, the lady at the desk sai to me you can call us rather then keep coming, I said not with a broken phone, it was never fixed. The kitchenette had just a small fridge and microwave. The ladies who works at the counter was not pleasant, they are of no help, tried to get information about traveling such as taxi and bus route, they knows nothing, but then turned to each other chatting in their own language laugh. Ask them to call a taxi, they don't know of any, they gave me a number instead, bear in mind I am 3300 miles away from home with no access to calls . When I made the booking it stated, laundry room and snacks available, none was offered to us. However there are few restaurants close by , so we were able to get food. I think based upon my observations most people that bunk there are mostly like truck drivers and people who just need a place for a night or 2. However with such experience I must say I have learned a few things regarding traveling.
