The stay was good, the amenities and the rooms where quite good and were as displayed. One staff members behaviour was not that good but it was neutral. While check in the lady on the counter asked me to write full address despite having my aadhar photocopy. She started judging us because of our look. It was disappointing but other staff and watchman was polite and helpful. Food was quite good but little expensive.

Rest of the rooms are minuscule and need repair 3. Linen is old and has cigarette burns 4. The entry to the hotel has a steep road which may be difficult to drive

Hotel had a quite good restaurant and bar. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere was nice. They also have a well-stocked bar. Clean rooms and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. If you want a hotel with good food, this is a good choice. Easy recommendation.

The hotel is situated near Ballupur Chowk & is opposite to huge forest. The rooms even though have average size but offer all the basic amenities. The linen provided is fresh & clean & the washrooms are very well maintained. There is not much to do in the property but it has an amazing rooftop restaurant with a separate open area. The food is very delicious & they serve a good variety of dishes. This was my 2nd visit to the property with my family in 3 years but it hardly felt that anything has changed on the premises. One can plan an amazing drive to the ”Queen of Hills” MUSSOORIE during the day & enjoy a nice meal at the hotel at night. Rooms 5 Cleaning 4 Food 5 Staff attitude 5 Location 5

The stay was awsome. Housekeeping was promy and the room was very neat and clean. Great hospitality by housekeeping team specially Mr.Apoorva was very supportive and helpful all the time. The location of the hotel is very nice and in the heart of dehradun city.

The ambience is good. Very helpful and polite staff. Food is good. Not very spicy. Breakfast was very sumptuous. The room i stayed was spacious and was ready on arrival. If travel-ling by car, parking is big. Must provide toiletries and in the bath area a soap case to place your soap.
