Perfectly located in the heart of Amalfi steps from Piazza Duomo. This was our fourth stay in Amalfi and first at this hotel. This hotel is the best by far. The entire team at Hotel Amalfi from reception, management, housekeeping and security were an absolute joy. Always cheerful, professional, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Sara, Maria and Ciro- they provided exceptional personal and world class service. The spacious suite was renovated and very well done. The bed was so comfortable!! Everything about the suite was perfect- super clean, modern and very quiet!

Pogerola는 많은 사람들이 찾는 진정한 이탈리아와 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 우리는 예약 시 가장 중요한 요구 사항 중 하나였던 해안의 아름다운 전망과 발코니가 있는 아침 식사 공간 바로 옆에 방을 가지고 있었습니다. 우리가 도착한 날 우리는 피곤해서 항구에서 차로 5분 거리에 있는 요금으로 40유로를 지불했기 때문에 저녁 식사를 선택할 수 있어서 정말 기뻤습니다! 와인, 애피타이저, 디저트/커피가 포함된 저녁 식사가 우리 발코니에서 제공되어 정말 기분이 좋았습니다. 좋아, 아말피와 이 B&B 여행에서 우리가 가장 좋아했던 부분은 Alessio였습니다. 그는 가장 다정하고 도움이 되는 사람이에요! 나는 이탈리아어를 더 잘 말하고 싶었지만 우리는 관리했습니다. 우리는 이탈리아어를 구사하고 필요할 때 도움을 줄 수 있었고 아침/저녁 식사를 할 때 모험을 공유하는 것을 좋아하는 또 다른 어머니/딸을 만났습니다. 우리 방은 사랑스럽고 넓었습니다. 욕실은 괜찮았고 이탈리아에서 가졌던 대부분의 욕실보다 더 컸습니다. Alessio에게 자신이 직접 재배한 레몬으로 만든 Limoncello(내가 가진 것 중 최고 중 하나)를 집에서 만들어 달라고 부탁하세요. 내가 전혀 즐겁지 않은 유일한 점은 B&B의 잘못이 아니었습니다. 버스까지의 도보 이동이나 택시 비용은 모두 끔찍합니다. 인근의 여러 장소로 이동하려는 날에는 운전기사를 고용할 가치가 있을 수 있습니다(저희는 제가 강력히 추천하는 인근 라벨로(Ravello)와 빌라 침브로네 정원(Villa Cimbrone Gardens)을 방문했습니다). 전체적으로 이번 여행 동안 우리가 사용한 6개 호텔 중 우리가 가장 좋아하는 호텔은 Antico Borgo dei Limoni와 스타 플레이어인 Alessio였습니다. 언젠가 다시 방문하려고 합니다.

Hotel is centrally located. On arrival we were grated by a a very friendly young man who showed us to our room. Room were immaculate and tea and coffee in rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel any time of year. Bonus is they have a pool to relax at. Excellent. THANKS

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights at the end of August, what an amazing experience we had. The room was spotless clean and cool thanks to the aircon, the bed is massive and the addition of a sofa and very large balcony is appreciated. The pool is a perfect size and being adult only means its fairly quiet and relaxed, there is also a grotto bar at the pool serving drinks. Breakfast is fresh and has a great variety, we also had the hot food most mornings getting a Ham and Cheese omelette with crispy bacon. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. We also ate in the restaurant twice, the food is high quality, delicious and very reasonably priced, we also ordered room service once, this was again delicious but also very reflective of the overall service we received, the waiter brought the food in and prepared the table on our veranda, laid the food and drink out and lit some candles we had laid out. Don't forgot the views, absolutely stunning and the shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the private beach or town centre. easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at Hotel Residence for 10 days and we would definitely come back if we are ever traveling to the Amalfi coast again. Room - The room was great, however, this is the only area where, if I would ask for anything to be improved, it would be this. When we first checked in we were given the wrong room as we requested a room with a bath tub. This was a honest mistake by the staff and we were given the room we asked for the next day. However, the air con system was broken in the room. We complained about this and was assured a maintenance man would be sent to fix it the following day. In the meantime we were given another room for the night which had air con. When the air con was fixed in our original room it then broke again which meant the hotel provided us with fans and replaced the whole unit itself. Once this was done it worked perfectly, but obviously the constant moving about and heat was a little frustrating. The hotel compensated us for this inconvenience and we were very grateful for their generosity. The room itself was beautiful. The bath tub with jets was great but very powerful! The curtains completely blocked out any sun and the room was cleaned every day. The balcony was lovely for picture taking and people watching. Location - the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Right in the hussle and bussle of the town. The bus stop to Ravello is literally opposite the hotel and the stop for Positano and Sorrento is a little further down. The shop to buy the tickets for the bus is conveniently next door to the hotel which is also where we brought snacks and drinks. Service - the service in the hotel is absolutely superb. Every member of staff is so polite and helpful. The only thing they ask is no hot food being brought inside the hotel and that you leave your key at reception whenever you go out which was no bother to us. My boyfriend actually proposed to me on the trip and he organized a bottle of Prosecco and a fruit bowl to be in the room the night of the proposal. The hotel staff also gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we had issues with the air con which was very generous. They also helped us find out how to buy bus and ferry tickets when we asked. Breakfast - lastly the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay however we did not have any other meal at the hotel like the dinner as it was quite expensive for us and not what we preferred to eat. There’s lot of great alternatives in the amalfi town instead. However, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s served in the restaurant 7-10 each morning and you order from a slip what you would like. I had the English breakfast and occasionally the pancakes which were amazing! You’re also given croissants on the table and water and can order whichever hot drink you’d prefer. We really enjoyed the breakfast and thought the variety was great. Overall, we would definitely come back and we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Residence!
