호텔은 나이로비 중심업무지구의 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 과장된 점은 주변 지역에서 몇 걸음 거리에 은행이 있다는 것입니다. UnionPay를 사용하면 인근 여러 은행에서 직접 돈을 인출할 수 있습니다. 웨이터는 매우 친절하고 아침 식사는 개선될 가치가 있습니다. 저는 이곳에 2주 동안 머물렀고 아침 식사로 야채를 더 먹어야 한다는 것을 천천히 받아들였습니다. 아프리카라고 하면 고기보다 음식이 더 비싼 것 같아요. 하지만 저는 아직도 Uber를 이용해 테이크아웃을 많이 주문합니다. 피크 시간이 아닐 때 호텔에서 차이나타운까지 Uber를 타면 요금은 300실링(약 RMB 15)입니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 호텔방에서 창문을 열 수 있는 방법이 없고, 와이파이 신호가 특히 좋지 않다는 점이다. 호텔방은 사진찍을게 없어서 호텔 주변 사진 몇장 올려보겠습니다.

4성 시스템은 상당히 만족스럽습니다. 욕실 장비는 비교적 오래되었습니다. 위성 TV가 보이지 않습니다. 온수와 냉수 수도꼭지가 분리되어 있지만 지역 도심 지역에서 더 안정적이어야합니다.

This is a beautiful hotel with marble everywhere, chandeliers, and fresh flowers. The breakfast staff was so friendly and welcoming. Security is very good. My only complaint is that not all the items on the menu in the restaurant were available, specifically the dessert options. I don't think they should be listed if they aren't regular options. Nicholas went out of his way to check what was available and I appreciated his efforts.

Приехал в отель в нем не оказалось мест .Три часа ругался и требовал номер .dm88.shop деньги списал ,номер я в итоге не получил , а деньги мне никто не вернул .Ужасный отель по отношению к клиентам .Генеральный менеджер никак не пытался решить мою проблему , только убегал и прятался от меня .Через три часа нервотрепки вынужден был уехать в другой отель .

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.
