Lokasi akan sangat sulit mencari makan. Kamar sangat luas seperti lapangan bola. Namun tidak kedap suara. Walau yang memesan kamar bebas rokok, bau akan tetap menyelinap dari luar. Air panas dan ketersediaan air serta fasilitas shower dan toilet sangat lengkap dan mengalir baik serta adjustmennya mudah. Tersedia sabun cair dan sikat gigi serta pasta gigi kecil khas hotel namun tidak ada shampo. Ada handuk. Tempat sampah dan tisue kamar lengkap baik kamar mandi maupun meja. Resepsionis berganti2 ada yang ramah dan kooperatif ada yang kasar dan seenaknya. Secara keseluruhan hotel tidak bersih walau bukan kategori sangat jorok. Tidak ada kecoa dibanding hotel lain di kawasan dengan harga yang sama. AC berfungsi normal. Ada lampu kamar tidak berfungsi namun tidak mengganggu keseluruhan kamar. Colokan pengisi daya ada di banyak spot sehingga sangat memudahkan aktivitas. Channel TV lokal dan selebihnya berita namun bukan smart TV Overall masih sangat baik dibanding yang lain dengan harga demikian namun lokasi sangat tidak strategis untuk backpacker dan nyaman bagi yang membawa kendaraan sendiri sebab parkiran sangat luas.

Nicely renovated but the cooker hood too far out, got banged once 😆

Friendly staff , clean rooms, superb location . Staff were very accomodating and i was able to ask them to senda minibus to pick us up. Rooms were clean. No issues with aircon. The initial frustration had to do with us not knowing how to turn it on. Direct access to shopping mall from 5th floor. We will definitely want to stay again.
